3 or 4 week PCT for Ostarine cycle?

I'm currently on week 9 of a 12 week Osta cycle (20mg ed). Gains are awesome while on a calorie deficit!

Anyways, I have some Clomid on hand for pct and initially was going to do a 4 week pct but now i'm seeing people do 3 week pct?

Was going to run Clomid at:
25/25/12.5/12.5 ed

OL Super PCT ed

OL Dermastrength (laxogenin)

Primeval labs Max test but now I'm thinking this might be overkill?

Would a 3 week pct be good enough @ 50/25/12.5?

Feel good but libido is way down so I'm thinking slight suppression?

It's impossible to tell where your T levels are without bloods. However, at the end of my cycle, my T levels were at ~124 pre-PCT (lower value for T is ~330) but my libido was quite good and LH and FSH were within normal range. If your libido is way down, then it sounds like you might be pretty suppressed. If you don't have bloods, then you might want to take the safe path. I would say take the Clomid for 4 weeks, but continue the OL Super PCT for 8 weeks.
The Dermastrength and Primeval Labs Max might be an overkill as Super PCT should have you covered.

You get your SHBG, LH and FSH numbers?

If you're asking me, yeah, I had bloods done before cycle, pre-PCT, and after PCT. And because LH and FSH were right in the middle of normal range, I did an OTC PCT. Also my SHBG was low, so free test was also within range, although on the low side.

Well i did quote your post. Iirc you didnt get you lh,fsh and shbg the other day?

Ah, at the end of the cycle, no. The lab work I did at the end of the cycle was T and lipids. I had a full hormonal just pre-PCT.
And yes, I still need to send in another blood sample for SHBG, because they screwed up, but stalling just a little because I plan to ask them for T values also, so it gives me a reading 4 weeks out from PCT.

I would also recommend taking clomid for 4weeks, then use 8weeks of your Sup3r Pct

Ok what are your thoughts on the Clomid dosage?

As you are doing a slightly longer cycle (assuming you're going the whole 12 weeks) and your libido is way down, I would probably say go for 50/25/25/12.5 or even 50/25/25/25. Kind of hard to say without knowing where your LH and FSH levels are at, but you may want that extra boost on the first week.

i like the idea but would giving that extra boost actually negate/delay the return of your levels at your bodies pace vs forcing it? especially in the first week? I know this is hard to really answer because everyone is different

Yup. If it were me, I would get bloods done. That would answer all questions, no maybes.
