I see there is Glycerol in Ergonine. Is that enough to emulsify ArA so you make better gains?

No because it isn't GMS, it is glycerol powder; you need something like GMS.

this. It is the fat content of GMS that allow it to emulsify the ArA. You can substitute it with other types of fat such as from soy lecithin granules.
