Not bigT but personally yeah, let transdgender men share the bathroom with other men rather than put them in a womens room.

As a father of three young children ( 2 girls and a boy) I put my children's safety (and other children's safety) above all else. But I am also intelligent enough to recognize that gay rights have no more to do with their safety than do the rights of heterosexuals.

But we could probably get science to prove we could probably prove we can move the world to Texas and be just fine.

By the time we get to 100 billion people in population which will I dont think will happen anyways, but lets say in 200 years, we will have the science and technology to make it very comfortable for everyone anyways assuming we dont have bad government intruding out potential.

You're talking about which bathroom gays and transgenders should use then throw in the tidbit about the child dying.

Are you saying transgenders/gays are more likely to be predators? That if a born male, who is now a woman, uses the same restroom as your daughter that she(the transgender) is somehow more likely to assault your child than a non transgender?

Statistically speaking, something like 85%+ of pedophiles know the victim personally.

If you're advocating someone is going to go through transgender surgery to be allowed legal access into the woman's restroom to molest a little girl, that's the most insane , farfetched, radical argument I've ever seen.

It's the pretenders that haven't gone through surgeries that are the problem. You missed the link I posted about the guy getting naked in the women's locker room foe the hell of it. They tried calling cops and he said the new law allows him to be there. Those people are the concern.

Maybe every establishment should have 3 public restrooms moving forward the 3rd covering transgendered from both sides and trannys as well.

If a transgender formerly a male is allowed in a women's room we should get rid of the idea of separate stalls in the first place.

I get that....People in general need to be charged in a case to case basis for their crimes rather than pre-crimes, sexual affiliation, religion, political group, etc....

I just cant get the idea of allowing men in womens rooms, it just doesnt make sense to me.
 
The point is, if you are a man, who undergoes surgery to become a woman, you are a woman.
You may not agree with it. You may not like it. But it is what it is. They're a woman. They pee sitting down in the women's restroom.

If you are a female and undergo surgery to become a man, you are a man. You pee standing up out of a penis.

Why would you want someone who is now a woman to use the men's restroom or vice versa is absolutely beyond me

You're worried about predators? Sure. But don't make it a sexual orientation argument. Make it about ****ed up individuals.

If you pretend to be gay to use the opposite sex restroom then yes there should be punishment. But to deny a transgender person the proper restroom based on that fear is insanity.....

We may both not agree with it and fight agaisnt it too. It is not "it is what it is" situation. Men are men until death. Plastic surgery doesnt change who you are.

If I get plastic surgery and make my skin black, it would be racist for the Black Panthers to deny my entry, then Im sure the liberal media would have a public outcry defending my discrimination of my black race.

fwiw, I don't think this is a liberal-conservative argument.

I think this comes down to being a tolerant, understanding person living in the 21st century. Times have changed. There was a time when black people were viewed the same as transgenders and gays are now. Was that okay? Should it still be like that? If not, how can you advocate sexual orientation discrimination but be against racial discrimination?
