Its so smooth just really feel it in the quads not in the knee at all such a comfortable seat

This Gem of a machine- 4 sets of whatever reps I hit :)

One of the best leg press machines i have used has been the Life Fitness Signature Series Plated loaded leg press, and the plate loaded ones in Golds Gym Venice CA, they are great for using allot of weight on because they are so smooth and put all the pressure on the quads rather than knees.

Overall good workout today-- Very happy with the way it felt, going to start programming again soon but having a lot of fun just going in and training at about 80% now. focus is on control and negatives

Legs today--- Neck still hurt a little bit so took it sort of easy today on legs- RPE of 7 for all sets

Today was noting bananas, worked at a fast pace!
 
I find that switching the momentum of my training up can change the whole workout drastically! Everything is so much more difficult.snd you keep your pump easier.

Overall insane pump- one of the bettter workouts I have had recently

so still dosing is at 8 pills per day coming towards the end of the bottle, Overall so far.... Not on any natty test boosters or anything like that and feel pretty full while in the gym strength is going up. Like many other products/ingredients do I think the claims are a little high yea sure just like anything else, but for the most part have had great worrkouts while using this
 
Glad to see you've noticed some effects from lax, its definatley not a PH so its effects are mild, hows the joints? Also 315x6 is strong!! I can only bench 225x5 but i can incline DB press 110x5? How does that work? Always struggle with flat bench always have.

I find this to be the problem as well, i find decline or incline much easier.
