Goin from weak sauce to alpha with EpiAlpha

Thanks u Nutraceutical Innovations and hvactech for givin me chance to try this stuff out. Really wanna see how their Tertasorb system will be with androsterone

Training: recomp
Diet: low carb high protein with carb day on Saturdays. Gonna be mostly complex, nothin crazy like pizza or the ever loving tacos

Different body part everyday, cardio on elliptical 20-30min after every lift session and gonna switch off abs and legs every other day. I got chicken legs so legs I gotta work 3 times a week

Got back in the lifting game about a month and a half ago and think I'm ready to step up my game. Slowly puttin on muscle and dropped some nice fat past month.

Dosing: start with 100mg first few days. 1 pill 5 hours before workout, the other an hour before workout
 
Day 1: arms. well considering its first day and im starting with 100mg, cant expect much. pumps were alright, nothin too crazy but i did feel euphoric and im not tired like usual. i was supposed to do elliptical after when i got home but my family was over and i just dont like them watching me lol gonna head back tonight around 10 after class to do 20-30min uphill walking and abs. but ya, first day wasnt too shabby. didnt eat much today, left lunch home and basically had a quest bar and some baked wings, got easter left overs for dinner tho :)

Day 2: legs and abs. Did legs one I got home from work which wasn't too bad. This stuff gets me crazy hungry and sure if I'm lethargic from this stuff or the no carbs. Usually I end with 225-245lbs on squats but got only to 205lbs. But my leg press went higher. And got a nice pump in em and same with quads. Did some new workouts for ye olde gluteus so it was good. No cardio on leg days, that's just hell unless I got some energy left. I'll throw my workouts in in a bit, at work now
 
Day 3: wow I bumped to 3 pills. One 4 hours before workout and other 2 an hour before. Murdered the shoulders and cardio was amazing. This stuff is amazing for endurance, usually I feel like dying on elliptical but didn't feel any burn in my chest, no knee pains, sweat like a mother trucker. Shoulders the pump came In At like the second workout. Saw some veins Comin out the shoulder. 150mg is def the spot to feel something
 
day 5: legs. murdered legs today, pump and strength kicked in. finally got back to 245lbs squat so im happy and leg press went higher. recovery is great, not feeling as sore as before and not as tired anymore. skippin cardio due to a sick workouts.

Ya I'm likin. Excellent workout today

Day 7: chest. The benches were taken so just Dumbbells and cable flies. Didn't eat till 5pm today since skipped lunch so I just fired up the grill and I'm about to max on some pork chops and chicken and lentil soup. But pump was great today, 200mg is the sure spot and I popped em all 2 hours before before instead of split dose. I like it more like this cuz I get more aggressive before gym. I'm gettin some pretty intense boners too during work like when I'm not even thinkin of anything sexual lol literally I got a hard on puttin tile in a bathroom so good stuff I guess

Notes:
Increased libido
200mg 2 hours before lift is the new regime
Not lethargic like last week
Still pretty hungry
Strength and pumps are Comin up
 
day 10: shoulders and abs. my shoulder workout wasnt too special, not much of a pump and was tired cuz i didnt take my brokaid. so i get home pop 2 of em and i hit elliptical. pretty nice pump on legs after it and im noticing my quads showin through my jeans lately so im happy. just got back now from my second gym session which was abs. abs were rrally pumped and cramped up pretty bad so skipped one workout. im really hungry and i know its late so just had a spoon of cottage cheese and a bcaa shake. another leg day tomorrow and gonna toss chest in. cant wait
 
day 14 i believe: took the weekend off due to sickness but back at it today and feeling great. killed chest today and was great pump, im lookin a little more vascular in the mirror and obliques and top abs comin out. strength is slowly goin up and libido is through the roof. i kinda jacked im wrist today, im thinkin its from this compound being dry but i couldnt do dumbells after barbell bench on left wrist. started glucosamine and msm again to help out so well see how it goes next couple days. goin back after class tonight for abs and legs tomorrow to give the wrist a rest but really likin this stuff
 
Yeah 300mg pre is insane with aggression, plus the libido is super enhanced
 
I'm literally changin tile and I been gettin hard ons all morning. Think I mite have to beat one off soon lol

Yeah, the new T-Sorb technology definitely seems to exaggerate the effect of lower doses, including libido boost! When those old phs like 4AD were still around I'd usually take 200-400mg pre, then maybe another 200mg post. But Androsterone is weaker than 4AD by most measures, and yet EpiAndro gets the job done for me at even lower doses. How can it be?! It's hard to explain the results any other way unless you consider a major efficiency improvement from this new delivery system. I get less sides too.

Hahaha change tile is the job, Layin pipe is what u were lookin for. All good I wanna learn as much as I can about this stuff. My legs are startin to take form and fit in my size 32 pants yesterday lol

Yesterday was best leg day I had, great pumps and hit 10 plates on leg press. I'm gonna take few days off from upper body cuz my wrist but cardio and abs today and legs again tomorrow
 
Day 23: sorry for the lag guys, been busy wih work and skool and final few weeks of semester.

Key Notes:
- my wrist is still jacked up but not as bad. i picked up the weights few days ago and still hurt so layin off except for legs and abs and some push ups
- libido is strong as balls. i literally cannot atop gettin hard all day
- i noticed a bit of hair shed but could be from stress since i take rogaine and fina
- my thighs are growin nicely and got a new PR on leg press, 10 freakin plates!!!!!!!!!! lol i never got to 450lbs in my life
- abs are showin more
-stamina is def up on the treadmill and elliptical
- veins comin in on the shoulders haha so freakin sick
 
delt vascularity is absolutely elite status, might have some fat on the midsection but veins from my wrist to my traps are epic!

Day 27: I still have a good amount left since some days I didn't take full 200mg so gonna run till bottles empty

Wrist is back in action and hit chest, abs and cardio. Excellent pump, didn't get to 225pbs on bench but it's been a week or so since haven't lifted much upper body with wrist but cardio is great and legs are lookin nice. Not lethargic during work anymore and once again libido is goin hard all day lol Upped my bcaas to 15g/day today and bout to down some cottage cheese before bed
