Donald Trump running for president

what is your opinion of the entire muslim community in brussels that hid abdeslam for 4 months knowing full well he was a wanted terrorist [mass murderer]...not one of them reported him to the authorities and many aided him in eluding capture.

Oh it was the entire community? Did they arrest everyone and give them lie detector tests or something? GTFOOH

in a new york neighborhood do you think someone as notorious as abdeslam could hide out there without everyone living there knowing he was there?

from my experience being an American living in another country we all knew everything all of us were doing, I would suppose muslims from other countries living in a brussels community would know if something that big were going on---wouldn't good old commonsense tell you that?

I know you didnt ask me....and put my "conspiracies" aside, Its hard to believe the entire community took part or even had knowledge of the terrorists.

But anyways, Im not sure if "not snitching" is necessarily a crime.

What I would do is run an investigation and figure out who specifically helped helped him, arrest and prosecute them and run them through proper due process and fair trial.

Side topic, whats crazy about Brussels and various other places in Europe are muslim ghettos where no white people are allowed, not even police go there. Im bothered when people some people, in particular government brainwashed liberal sect want to protect their rights but then tell other people such as Christians that they are human filth and are persecuting for refusing to make gay people wedding cake.

I have a hard time believing that in a community that is strictly muslim where police don't even want to go, that the people living there were not aware he was there.

obviously I am not saying arrest the entire community...but if we are ever going to make progress against terrorism we need to find a way to know what they are up to.

So 1000 to 1500 people represent the population of those countries? And when you factor in Taqiya being a tenet of Islam, how can you trust that the people surveyed are even telling the truth.

So you think they should ask everyone in the countries? Do you even know how research works?

The KKK was founded in Tennessee immediately after the end of the Civil War as a sort of social club for former Confederate Soldiers whose influence quickly spread through the decimated Southern states. As Columbia professor Eric Foner wrote in his A Short History of Reconstruction, in its early days, the group was loosely bound by one main principle: launching a reign of terror against Republican leaders black and white.

Racism was, of course, a guiding principle, but not quite as guiding as the hatred of the Republicans, the party of Lincoln, the Yankees who early Klansmen believed destroyed their homeland through what they termed a “war of northern aggression.”

The Republican Party had been founded in a schoolhouse in Ripon, Wisconsin just 12 years earlier, and Lincoln was its first president. The Klan saw both as just as big a menace as the newly freed slaves. Less than a year after Lincoln’s assassination, the Klan’s anti-Republican ideology spread rapidly.
Im just bored amd over caffinated i have no opinions on this issue lmao

Nice copy pasta with no attribution :)

All "newly freed slaves" were black. Good work on leaving out the rest of the article.

'Kenneth T. Jackson, in his*The Ku Klux Klan in the City 1915-1930, reminds us that "virtually every" Protestant denomination denounced the KKK, but that most KKK members were not "innately depraved or anxious to subvert American institutions," but rather saw their membership in keeping with "one-hundred percent Americanism" and Christianity morality.'

From Wikipedia. Bolded words are my emphasis.

radical islam says they adhere to 'true islam'.

anyway, I don't see anyone here promoting the kkk?

what's your point?

Truth. The fundamentals of both religions breed extremism. Therefore, dangerous.

And I agree with this. I just take offense with people saying it implying that simply because you are a Muslim that you are a terrorist or support ISIS.

My family has Muslim friends from Egypt that are far from extremist terrorists.

Here's one example. Implying that all Muslims in Brussels are ISIS supporters.

you really are a radical extremist liberal....implying that they knew he was there in no way implies they support it.

after all the crap you have said on here about Christianity now you are sensitive...what you are is a hypocrite!!! you defend the hell out of muslims all the while criticizing Christians-you are a phony!!!

I don't see Christians as being oppressed in this country.

All you can do is call me names. Seems like you might be doing a little projection.

I guess you like labels too :)

I bet your family has friends who are Christians also who aren't terrorists...why you want to throw them under the bus?

everytime someone posts something anti-christian I see you like it...I see that as oppression-I guess I am just sensitive that way....

Maybe it's because most of the Christians that I meet in this country feel the need to shove their religion down other's throats.

Maybe some do. I'm content not to talk about it at all, in fact. But when someone brings it up, I don't hold back any more.

I used to bottle it up for decades.

you are the worse I have seen at anti-Christian shoving it down peoples throats...but yet the most ardent defender of muslims...

and you say you don't like christians shoving it down peoples throats, you are a hypocrite in the worse way!!!

How do I shove my anti Christian stuff down people's throats?

Liar!!!!!!!! Show me where I said that!!!!!!

See what I did there? ;)

for starters comparing Christians to kkk.

Wow. Do you have good reading comprehension?

I was simply saying that since it seemed to me that you were saying that Muslims were all extremists, that it would be like me saying that about Christians.

There are nuances in the English language, ya know?

Atheist does NOT imply anti-christian or anti-anything. It's only the position to the question: "Is there a god?"

I'm tired of being called something with every post, so I'm doing it back now.

Just so everyone knows.

So far I've been accused of not thinking for myself, called unintelligent, a bigot, and extremist.

The list goes on and on.

A good Catholic spreads the word of God. Shoving it down your throat would force you to believe in something against your will so what good would I have to gain by doing this?

if shoving it down someones throat became a ritual it certainly was not in the case when Jesus rode into Jerusalem. In the ancient Middle Eastern world, leaders rode horses as this was a symbol of war. If they rode donkeys they came in peace. So was he shoving peace down the peoples throat?

It is the misconception of the followers later on that have taken religion and God to a level that it should not have reached. Catholic Priest back in mid-evil times and thereafter had power that practically resembles or sometimes outranked kings of the time. Religion was used as a means to threaten people rather than uniting people. It is a shame

What religion has started off peaceful and maintained peace through out history?

Catholics shove a lot down peoples' throats

I am implying that you pick and choose...anti-Christianity/pro-islam.

in other words a total hypocrite!!!

I'm not pro-Islam. I just support people who are being singled out and oppressed by the religion they choose to believe in.

I honestly would do the same for Christians if they were actually under attack.

look here pal...you started the name calling by calling me a racist. I don't want to hear your whiny ass bitching about name calling when you are the one who started it...

they have and as i said, it is wrong- hopefully things will change- but as i asked

What religion has started off peaceful and maintained peace through out history?

Did I actually call you a racist?

You certainly seemed like one at the time. You do know the meaning of the word "seem", right?

I try not to speak in absolutes, but I will say when something "seems"like something to me. That's why I appreciate clarification.

I am implying that you pick and choose...anti-Christianity/pro-islam.

in other words a total hypocrite!!!

My guess is, he is against both ... but equally.
Beheadings , mutilations and stoning makes radical Islam less attractive than Buddhism, Hinduism, Shintoism and, well, Christianism.
None the less, they are all wrong in the eyes of an atheist.
