Mk677 (or similar compounds) Optimal protocol for minimum down regulation

What would a optimal regiment for minimum down-regulation of GH look like?

Just brainstorming here and if someone would like to chip in with personal experiences or would like to try my
hypothesis, that would quench my hunger for knowledge.

Supplements: "supplements"

Mk677
CDP choline
Daa
Argenine

Now, all of these (except Mk677) are "natural" supplements, but honestly i can't think of any more drug like compounds.

Protocol:

Mk677: 5 days on 2 days of, as far as i have seen people seem get almost the same benefits even though they take 2 days of (i guess when the igf builds up it takes a while for it to go away)

CDP choline: Everyday even on of days, this is for somatostatin inhibition.

Daa: On off days, 2 times a week: my idea is to try kicking the pituitary gland to function higher on the of days on top it actually being days of, so a new baseline won't be set.

Argenine: This is a mild amino acid, but from what i have read it can give some of the benefits from both CDP choline and daa


Now i am i noob at all of this and i do realize that mk677 is not really that suppressive but, we should try to make things as safe as possible no?
Shoot your ideas.
 
I am on mk and the huge thread in the gh forum, the consensus is to take daily
 
I personally used and did not see any major results from. I did use everyday.
 
Well, perhaps but if you plan to take this stuff long term isn't a loss of (let's say 5% for the sake of the argument) per weak to get another (**** my ****ing math) 15 weeks a year and less sides? i have read on other forums that the 5 on 2 off is a protocol that is sufficient for results
 
MK 677 isn't suppressive at all. It amplifies your natural production, in regards to replacing it (suppression). I wouldn't worry about down-regulation or suppression of natural GH production.
 
I ran MK677 at 30 mg 5 on 2 off for 18 weeks and noticed improved sleep, better skin and was able to maintain strength in PCT last year, one problem was the water retention on the abdominal area and in upper legs, other than that i found it great for recovery.
 
The only reason to run 5 on 2 off should be to save money... As far as it being as effective, you got me...
 
I wonder what would happen if you went back and forth between 10mg and 20mg daily doses... Balance out to 15mg/day?
 
Not sure. Ive only done 25 and 50 a day. Stacked with huperzine and green tea

I had plans to do 10mg for a full year but I have better access to good MK, so I'm trying out 20mg for a couple months to see if a higher dose is worth it for me. I also have huperzine on the way so I'm going to add that in whenever it arrives.
How was 50mg? That's a lot higher than what most people dose at.

Lol not with the dudes i train with. I personally jump up to 50 maybe once a month and its really just to stimulate my appetite. I did it this past weekend on a cheat day. Worked like a charm, but the sides are intense. I napped all day.

25ed is managable for me. I have done that for almost 8 months. The huperzine at 200mg 3 times a day with green tea extract 500mg. That eliminates the lethargy and sleepiness for me. Great recovery.

Interesting, so you just spike it up to 50mg for like a single day or do you do it for a couple days or a week before dropping it back down?

When i first started i went from 12.5 to 25. 25 to 37.5 and then 50. I stayed at 50 for at least a week but it wasnt worth it and the sides were clost to impossible to handle sitting at a desk job. I was drinking mad coffee and still nodding off. On the weekends i train extra hard so it was good then because i could basically train and sleep all day lol. The recovery is great on higher dose, the sides suck. You retain more water too.
 
Is the small increase in igf1 in long term administration affecting your physique? have you done measurements on the waist, shoulder, ankle and so forth? :)

Cant tell u. I have been able to recover quicker and push harder. Thats for sure. This stuff is far from magic, just a cheap alternative to gh, and not nearly as effective.

Absolutely, i just cant attribute it to any one thing in particular. Dont wanna tell you yes abd its not true. I can tell you that in my first day of taking it i gained 5lbs. And i was definitely fuller.
 
Imo i think its one of the best things you could take before crossing that line. Its very strong stuff and has many benefits. Worth trying.

I have a couple of friends trying it out, seems pretty legit although i'm not really interested in going to the real AAS side of things, but the mk interests me, but as a standalone product i don't think it would produce any significant muscle gains.
Only perhaps as a side effect of being able to recover faster but hey, i don't know.. you probably know that better than me.

It produces slow and steady results, definitly an amplified watery pump in the gym too. stronger than anything natural like creatine, PA, ARA but thats just my opinion.
