I'm just full of questions! And I have a few this time. I want to get this right the first time. Sorry if I am being annoying.
1. Is it worth running Nordhea alone or should I stack it with a similar compound? This is in consideration of it having a small estrogenic effect, but it overriding some of one's natural testosterone.
2. Do people all need the same dosages as other individuals? In simpler terms, do some people need less to get more? Does height and weight influence intake or is it better to keep it simple?
3. Can training be more intensive while on a PH? I feel like I can do a whole lot more volume and intensity wise, but wasn't sure if it was a wise decision.
4. I don't drink, alcoholism runs strongly with my family, and rarely take medications for anything. Should I still suppliment for my liver?
5. In regards to blood levels, I know everyone is different. I do however am curious the time it takes for the physical effects to take hold. My current dosage is slight, only 100mg, but I feel more physically able. My leg press jumped significantly and felt like I could do more after my 8 sets. I actually have more libido now, not in regards to wanting but the ability to react to sexual stimulus. I have problems keeping it down to be entirely honest. Just want another opinion to level myself if I am placebo'ing.
