3/9-3/11 were flood days.
3/12 was legs. I generally don't track my leg workouts anymore unless something happens. I do 10-15 sets of squats and a little accessory work if I'm up to it. I stayed low weight and low reps. Did 12x135x5 and held each rep for three seconds. Ended with seated calves and standing calves.
3/13 I did arms. I noted the pump was good and endurance was up. Rest was between 5-10 seconds.

Intensity was through the roof. Almost no rest at all. Heart rate stayed pretty high. Sweat was pouring. Felt like I was in a sauna. I don't think i'm responding to the Laxo, but definitely to the Epi.
3/15 was an off-day. Had an assignment due.
3/16: Legs - 12 sets of squats. Nothing big here. Just started squatting again since my surgery a few years back. I did, however, incorporate deadlifts for the first time ever. Started with 3 sets of 135x15 in the little cagey thing and then did 4 sets of 135x10. No back pain the next few days, or even as of this writing. Not a lot of weight, but I've always been worried my back would fall apart so its good that didn't happen. Ended with calves, as my legs were pretty beat.

Dips/Bosu Push up Superset: 4x15/12
Ended with a little superset that I enjoyed. Not a huge increase in strength, but reps are up and/or consistent with less rest, so strength is coming. Legendary definitely allows me to up my intensity. I do feel like my shoulder held me back, here though. Anything above 175 and my left shoulder started to get a little shakey. I rarely have a spotter so I played it safe.

3/19 Shoulders
I had been neglecting shoulders because they had been bothering me. Today was a bit of a wasted day. Shoulder killed me halfway through and I couldn't finish my workout.

3/20 was a beer day. Last day of spring break. Hah
Today I did Chest and Triceps. Shoulder is still kinda a pain. Debating between joint supplements now and hoping to have that fixed. Time off helps, but who knows. I'm basically made of glass, I've come to realize.
So far, I think my shoulder has held me back. I don't think I respond to Laxo, but the Epi in Legendary is on par with my experience with other Epi's. Endurance, Intensity, and sweating is up. My rest is down. Strength is up, but probably not as much as it could be if my shoulder wasn't stupid. I for sure think this is something that needs to be ran at a bit of higher doses and for a longer period of time, but thats sort of the usual with Epi. No one runs it for 4 weeks because thats when it starts to get good. Three to four pills was a sweet spot for me and the longer I ran it the better it got. Chaos and Pain doesn't disappoint. Also, I haven't mentioned it much lately - but my protein brownie is still a failure. I quit trying because I wasting that delicious chocolate goodness. I did use
Driven2lift protein ice cream recipe and that was delicious.
Tomorrow is my final dosage and it coincides with my favorite day - Back and Bi's. I'll be sure to hit it extra hard to end things with a bang.
