Hey guys it's Superman here to get super shredded with IML Super R-Andro. I very big thank you going out to wesb2387 and heavyiron for the chance to log this awesome product. I will take every advantage of these next 4 to 6 weeks. And I promise to do my best to show the pros and cons of this product as truthfully as I can. From what I have heard and read about this product it is something special. I got the product today and took two before my workout and must say Idk if it was placebo effect or what but Damn I had a heck of a workout and a Super pump. I'm going to probably stay at 3 pills a day the whole cycle, but I'll decide that within the week.

Took 3 caps total today 1am 2pwo, but the only downer today was the fact that my lymph node was swollen this morning and still is a little now. Idk if I have a minor cold or what but just not feeling the best today so the workout was a little weak. Well post it a little later

Leg press - 4ppsx12, 6ppsx12, 7ppsx10

Straight leg db deadlift - 55x10, 65x10, 80x10

Lying leg curl - 90x15 x15 x15, 130x15 drop to 70x10, 130x8 drop to 50x8

I swear this stuff is starting to kick in. My strength and mind to muscle connection is incredible. The pump is insane as well. It's not a pump where the veins come out it's a pump where the muscle and veins are both swelling at the same time. Loving this product so far.

Chest and Arms

Flat db bench - 35x12, 50x12, 65x10, 80x10, 100x8 x7 dropped to 65x8

Incline bb bench - 135x12 x10 x8, 185x6 x6 x6

Incline db flys - 35x10, 45x10, 50x10, 60x8 dropped to 25x10

Seated wide curl - 25x10, 30x10 x10, 35x8 dropped to 15x10

Close grip ez bar curls - 60x10, 80x10, 90x10, 70x15 x15 x15

Lying single arm Tricep ext - 30x10, 35x10 x8

Tricep pressdown rope - 47.5x10, 55x10, 62.5x8, 55x8, 47.5x8

Triceps were so dang worn out today so they didn't feel super strong as usual. It could have also had to do with the fact I didn't get to eat when I needed to, but overall great workout chest is still hurting today which is a great sign. My arms on the other hand are pretty tender which doesn't normally happen. It's hard to get my biceps to activate and get super sore.
 
Sorry guys been swamped with getting everything ready for my internship. I have been working out and taking the 3 caps still just not updated the log. My current weight this morning was 190lbs after my delicious cheat meal Saturday. Still leaning out quite a bit and harden up for sure.

The awesome thing are the small changes almost everyday in the way my muscles look in the mirror. My midsection is slimming down and muscles are becoming fuller/harder.

That's awesome man. Any major strength increases? I know it's still early but it looks very promising so far.

Honestly not a ton of strength gains yet, but it's hard to tell the way my buddy and I train. We go at a good pace and push ourselves past our limits.
 
Hey guys and gals, I kicked my dosage up to 4 a day for the second bottle and it's starting to really kick in now. Today was chest and arms. Strength was falling off a little from dieting and training my ass off everyday. On my last set of flat bench I got 7 reps of 225lbs and the contraction of my muscles were much much harder. Which lead to a Hell of a pump same with the arms. It seems like Super R-Andro helps with mind muscle connection more so than strength, but again it isn't over yet
 
Im finding with my current run of Andro that i have more improved muscle pumps and a better feel of the target muscles, but it has only been 8 days and my strength has gone up well, even though i am at around -1000Kcals per day below maintenance.

That's great it's hard to tell if my strength had actually came up with the way I train. But my intensity is definitely up lol
 
Just saw you were logging another product and left us hanging. I also noticed that you started to bow out in the middle of our log 2 days after you started this log. Were you ever going to finish the log you started with us and give us your final review?

So I took today off from the gym other than 20 mins of cardio. Completely no gym Saturday and Sunday. I'm going to switch up muscle groups trained and see if my strength will come up a little. Instead of chest and arms mondays will consist of chest and back, Tuesday was leg day and will remain leg day, and Wednesday was shoulders and back, but now it will be shoulders and arms. Then we repeat. Each muscle group will continue to get hit twice a week, but we hope to stimulate some strength GAINS ?

Did you see afi140's post? You should have finished alpha lean 7 out first before you started this log or at least contacted us about it?
