Epistane Trenavar Cycle

Hi guys i'm 30 years old, first post i need some advice i'm about to endure into my first PH Cycle, i'm planning on doing a 30 day run, dosing 40mg/40mg on each every day, 20 mg morning 20mg night, from what i've seen Trenavar seems to be run at a much higher dosage by alot?

As this is my first cycle, 40mg Trenavar will be fine? I've got some Clomadex and daa for my PCT, I'm unsure of dosage of Clomadex how to break it down, milk thistle for my cycle support, is there more i should add in either department?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated cheers.

I'd just run the Epistane solo for your first cycle for 6 weeks. It is not advised to stack two potent compounds on your first run at all.
 
Tvar at 40 is pretty low,
Jebrook's idea to run the epi solo (at 40 mg will be great) may be ideal here

Tvar you can save for cycle 2
 
Epistane 20/30/30/40, 30/30/30/30, 20/30/30/40/40/40...Any of those protocols would be great as a first, 30mg is my personal sweetpoint dosage, 6 weeks would make for a better cycle. A test base like dermacrine would be nice to prevent lethargy and reduction in libido that are common towards week 3+, like everybody else said, epistane alone will be more than enough as a first
