Hey Guys,

So Firstly I want to thank BPS for allowing me to log their v2 of Laxacrine, I logged the OG formula and didn't have anything bad to say about it, so I'm thinking this will be the same.

Plan-

So I am currently training 4 times a week: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun. Im cutting and doing my usual power building routine which involves heavy compound lifts along with higher rep assistance work.

I will be doing 250-300 cals of cardio each night along with taking in 2400 calories.

I will be dosing at 4 pumps per day (80mg total) 1 pump on my left felt, 1 pump on my right and 1 pump on each forearm.

Pics of product-

Nothing special here, apart from the bottle being at least 4-5x the size of the original and the last one was a dropper system as opposed to the pump on this design. No label.

EDIT: Pics are being weird, ill sort later.

Overview:

- So ill be doing at 80mg per day, before bed.
- Log updated everyday
- Cutting during this review.

Right guys... Day 1!
So last night I applied 80mg/4pumps.

Did notice my forearms were a little itchy but nothing bad, probably just because it's drying.

So the workout for today was shoulders.

Seated DB press-

20x10
30x10
40x10
50x10
60x10
70x 6 (3 sets)

Standing DB lateral raises-

40x failure, into 20x failure (4 sets)

Love getting crazy delt pumps :)

Rear delt flys-

Lying on a bench (face down,45 degree)
35x failure (4 sets)

Upright rows-

75x failure (4 sets)

Seated smith machine press-

Concentration was the key on this exercise.

35 plate each side X failure (20ish reps) 4 sets

Seated side laterals (machine)-

Drop set-
65x failure, 35x failure, 15x failure (4 sets)

And that's it, nothing too crazy today but great pumps, nothing noticeable from Lax as of yet, I'm hoping to see something by this time next week... I noticed muscle fullness and hardness with the OG formula after a week so will be interesting to compare :)

Right so I applied 80mg again last night, weirdly no itching so must have just been a 'one off'.

Today is actually a rest day so nothing to report sadly, just keeping protein up and stretching.

Hey guys... So applied 80mg of Lax again as usual before bed.

Up at 3:30 to get to the gym for 4, usual routine. Decided on legs and biceps today.

Now I'm having trouble with my knees at the moment which I'm hoping to get some relief from Lax as this log progresses.

Squats-

Bar x20 (2 sets)
135x 15 (4 sets)

That's it nothing heavy or crazy at the moment... Just forcing blood in the muscles and getting pumps.

Leg extensions-

135x failure (4 sets) 20+ reps.

Lying ham curls-

110x failure (4 sets) 12+ reps

SLDLs-

135x failure (3 sets) explosive.

Calf raises-

225x failure (4 sets)
225x failure, 170x failure, 100x failure,50x failure (2 sets)

Front squats-

135x 12 (3 sets) this is easier on my knees for sure!

225x 3 (1 set) testing it out.

Going to incorporate more of these.

Standing DB curls-

35x failure (4 sets)

Spider curls-

65x failure (4 sets)

Hammer curls-

45x failure (4 sets)

Concentration curls (cable)-

Don't know weight X failure (4 sets)

So that's it for today, easy workout with great pumps...

Now as for the lax, I'm am 99% certain it's keeping me full and also aiding in my cut, looking leaner each day.

Joints DO feel better but not 100% as of yet.

Right guys I missed my gym session today and that annoyed me... Basically I fell asleep while meditating last night and therefore woke up at 1am as opposed to me normal 3.30 so it threw me off and I fell back asleep so then didn't get up until 6! Can only apologise.

However I still applied the 4 pumps of course and woke up looking leaner again!!! My body really enjoys lax while cutting, I remember it doing the same last time.

So no gym info today, just going to work on some stretching and foam rolling tonight in prep for my back session tomorrow.

Okay guys... So today I hit the gym... My usual gym that I haven't been to for 5months due to my newborn, so at lunch today I went there, luckily my work is only 10min drive from the gym :)

Plus I have a 90minute lunch!!!

Last night I applied Lax as usual, no issues... I love this stuff, joints are feeling much better as well as strength is fantastic!

Biceps-

Standing bb curls (back agains wall)-

70x failure (4 sets)

Spider curls (DB's)-

30x failure (4 sets)

Preacher curls (machine)-

75x failure (4 sets)

Standing BB curls (with bands)-

45x failure +bands (3 sets)

And that's it for today, fantastic session in my old environment which felt so good!!

Strength is great along with physique, really enjoying my lax run!

Todays session was my favourite day... BACK!!

So haven't done heavy deads for a while s just getting back into it...

Deadlifts-

Deficit Deads-

315x 5 (3 sets)

Paused Deads-

225x 5 (3 sets)... Just break off the floor by about 2" then pause for 2 secs... power up.

Close Grip Lat pulls-

205x6 (4 sets)

T-bar rows (chest supported)-

3x 45's x failure (4 sets) This was light but hard after the deads.

Seated Cable Rows-

315x failure (4 sets)

DB Rows-

110x failure (3 sets)

Smith machine rows-

135x failure, slow movements (3 sets)

Felt great and my strength is really starting to improve after my hiatus from the gym and poor nutrition in the last 4 months due to my newborn.

Physique is looking good, tightening up everyday and looking full.

I'm a big believer and side deltsand high volume, mine blew up.

Seated Arnold press, single arm-

45x failure (4 sets)

Seated front raises-

30x failure (3 sets)

Upright cable rows-

110x failure (4 sets)

Rear delt rows (cable)-

110x failure (3 sets)

Triceps-

Seated machine dips-

150x failure (3 sets)
225x failure (3 sets)
315x failure (1-2reps)

Triceps cable pull downs (underhand)-

100x failure (4 sets)

Triceps cable push downs-

135x failure (4 sets)

Overhead tri extensions-

100x failure (3 sets)

And that's it for today, fantastic pumps!!! Not sure if that's lax or the 200g+ carbs a day haha.

Update guys.

Well no gym yesterday, or today as I'm prepping for my little girls 3rd bday today and we went to an aquarium yesterday.

I'll be back in the gym on Sun morning though, been taking 80mg of lax as usual though... Physique still looks good and muscle fullness is great.

Week 1 Update:

So I've been running Lax for a week now, kind of knew what to expect as I logged the previous version.

However this seems to have 'kicked in' faster than the last formula, my physique started changing quicker than last last time along with joint relief.

Strength has been great! No issues there, endurance is starting to slightly increase too.

Overall it's been a great first week!

So today I hit up chest and biceps.

25x failure (3 sets)

And that's it for today, felt great... Strength is good! Endurance is also slowly increasing.

Right guys, no training today de to work commitments... Sucks.

Still, applying lax as normal at 80mg, joints feel 1000x better than when I started, I was having serious knee issues and it's practically gone!

Last night i started doing 100mg of LAX as its likely to be my last week judging by the bottle.

DB Incline Press-

25 x 20
35 x 15
45 x 15
60 x 5
100 x 5 (3 sets)

Weird as my DB strength is much better than flat barbell?
Can only get 225x 3 of flat each at the moment.

Incline Fly's-

55x failure (4 sets)

Incline hammer press-

2x 45 each side x failure (3 sets)

Smith machine incline-

135 x failure (3 sets)

Cable fly's-

70x failure (4 sets)

Seated tricep dips-

143lb each side x failure, 5 reps (3 sets)

And that concludes chest + 1 tricep exercise.

Felt really good today and felt super strong which was great!

Applied 100mg of LAX again, strength is really picking up nicely now, shame it's my last week. Also my physique is still holding out well.

Right unfortunately no gym today guys as I was called to a different campus to do some IT work :(

I'm also here tomorrow... HOWEVER I found a little gym on my lunch break today so ill be heading in there tomorrow for a shoulder session... the gym is TINY, ill have to try and get a pic.

The DB's go to like 25lb... and its all machines but I guess it will have to do!

Obviously still applying lax too. 100mg each day, makes my joints feel great and Iook really full!

Are you kidding me that the DB's only go up to 25?! My home gym is tiny but at least my DBs go up to 70lb. When I need more, I just strap a couple DBs together. Lol!

haha I know right! I actually made a mistake, I read 25lb but it was actually 25kg (50lb) So not all bad.

Well here is todays workout in this tiny little gym, at least I was the only one in there though..

Only had 1 hour minus changing and walking... so really more like 40mins... not a bad workout really for what was available.

Overall a good session considering I was exhausted.
