the CDC Statistics say on average a person has drove impaired 50 times for every arrest, how many chances does a person need to kill someone?
I'm assuming a number that you know cant be verified is irrelevant here. Don't just guess that what I'm suggesting that these people get off with little warning, if you go and look a 2nd offense dui isn't just a slap on the wrist.
There may be some who work the system, but those people are few and far between and those are usually people with money, which is part of the problem.
