What's your favorite joint supp?

OP, 55 years young here and use 1 cap IForce Nutrition's Joint Help plus 1 cap GLCDIRECT dot com glucosamine daily. Works like a charm!

I've really learned a lot about joint supplements and ingredients from doing some research on some of the ingredients in Genoflex, Joint Support XT, and Flexatril. I already knew that cissus and boswellia were great, but andrographis and terminalia chebula are new to me in the context of joint support, and seem very interesting. Terminalia chebula seems particularly intriguing, with two studies noting about a 20% increase in pain tolerance and threshold in humans with a single dose. I like the direction that joint supplements are moving in.

Is an increase in pain tolerance really desirable for regular use though?

I do worry some; and this applies to our product as well as other new joint formulas, that with these more and more effective anti-inflammatory joint ingredients on the market that people are not going to properly address the root causes of their joint problems, and just end up with chronic joint problems.

I don't want people just taking our joint support as a pain management product and then going to the gym and lifting just as intensively and probably with the same form issues that caused their injury in the first place. That's just asking to injure yourself further.

That's a very good point. I'd say that an increase in pain tolerance would perhaps be very desirable for people with arthritis or people where pain is something that really bothers them in general and during normal daily activities and life, where a specific athletic activity isn't what is causing the issue. I could see it causing problems with athletes and people who have joint issues and/or pain due to a specific physical/athletic activity, since just relieving the pain could lead to ignoring the root cause, but I could also see this reduction in pain as being useful for professional athletes or people who have doctors and/or a medical team overseeing their injuries and health, so that pain can be reduced (leading to better performance and things like that), but the underlying issue not completely ignored.

The biggest thing I've found for my lower back (I injured it a few years ago) is to avoid certain exercises. I simply replaced them with others that don't aggravate my back. I do agree that simply taking something that relieved the pain and continuing to do those exercises would not have been a good idea, but, if used responsibly, these new joint supplements have very nice potential for everyone from elite athletes to the elderly. :)

Yep, there is huge potential for sure.

Formulas like Joint Support XT are vastly superior to what was around in the past.

I just hope users are responsible

Orange triad multi has a decent joint support kill 2 birds

I have been taking orange triad for a couple years now and it did nothing to help my joints. The formula is rather weak. Less than a week of taking genoflex my joint pain is gone.

Somehow I doubt they will be, haha.

I typically don't have many issues with my joints but my rotator cuff has been acting up lately and Joint Force by ePharm is my go-to.

I have been using joint support xt for somewhere between 4-6 months and have really felt a significant improvement. the last month I added get diesel chiro joints to the joint support xt and the pain relief was even better.

I have a severe issue-no cartlilege in my right knee, if this combo works this well for me it should work really well for those with less severe injuries or pains!!!

I tried everything and for me works hyaluronic acid best at 300mg (more and you get a nice skin also)
I also throw some curcuma in the mix. For some reason, I do not respond any longer to Glucosamine, Cissus, etc.

I really like HA too. I just wish it was less expensive.

I don't understand what the big issue is. The same person who formulated Joint XT also formulated Genoflex.

He sure did good

Just recently started using SNS Joint Support XT myself to soon to tell just yet ( just 1 week in ) but the profile seems pretty solid so hoping for good out come :) ( I am using this by it self ).

Have tried a handful of others in the past including large amounts of bulk cissus capped myself along with several grams of fish oil - I have arthritis in both knee's from some rather sever injuries in my youth. This is def an area that interests me a good bit.

PES Genoflex & Scivations new joint support both look pretty solid as well

Coop had orig got me to check out cissus and for long while was taking anywhere from 3-4.2g a day, have not really experimented much beyond that till more recent.

Formutech Nutrition makes a great joint supplement called Flexible. It comes in powder or pills. It has a combination of Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate, Cissus Quarangularis and Hyaluronic Acid .

Was just curious as I am using Joint support XT also now. I still have a bunch of Achilles left and was wondering about Genoflex....

If you want to try new things go for it man, all of those products seem well liked here now,

But for many its "if it isn't broke, don't fix it" which makes sense

Bros,I do not have any conditions that cause severe joint pain, neither did they cause discomfort on a regular basis,I CAN get major shoulder pain now and then when going on heavier weight for me. Also I've noticed that motion got slightly more challenging as well as overall stiffness. What would be a better product to use? I do not want to go with a product that helps with constant pains, but would love to try out something to improve joint motion, help with those pains that happen once in a while.
I know this is a perfect base for reps and associates to throw their product at me with deals and such. Any reasonable input is welcome and thank you bros in advance!

You don't have to wait until you're in pain before taking something. If you're lifting heavy and getting older, I recommend GenoFlex by PES before you get to that point.

If you're looking for increased mobility and something to take for pain as it happens, I would honestly go with stretching and an NSAID.

Cissus XT and Joint Support XT have my vote! Definitely helps with all these old injuries.

I'm liking what I've read on the Genoflex and may try some when I'm able.

Have you seen a doctor?
Are you sure its nothing major? If not then i would suggest trying to do some mobility work to help relieve the stress and pain you may be experiencing. Supplements should be the last resort
Bulk Cissus & Elastamine are cheap and effective.
Scivation offers Flexatril which is currently 20% off at Nutraplanet. Here are some of the feedback the AM Users have stated:

Joint XT is great, but Flexatril is the only product that has left my forearm totally pain free (bad elbow tendonitis). That says a lot, as my training consists of snatches, cleans, presses, etc

However, I can say that while being on Flexatril, it is the first time I have ever actually not had any pain or irritation whatsoever. Took it all away bros.

I do a style of training that includes heavy loading, rest pause, and a decent amount of training to failure, combined with maintaining an unnecessarily lean physique year round. Kind of the perfect storm for joint and connective tissue issues. So the fact that this has taken away that pain, given those conditions, Id say its a damn good product.

I would absolutely recommend this product to a friend or anybody looking to try out a new joint support product. This stuff give great results, and I dosed my last pill several days ago and I have retained all benefits so far.

I will be purchasing another bottle sometime down the road, but I want to see how long my current benefits last upon this cycle ending.

The Solution That is a very through out post. Thank you. Do you find Flexatril to be not just a pain suppressant? Have you tried Genoflex or Joint Supp XT? If yes,how could you compare those? I was looking to roll with Joint XT and bulk cissus, but may consider Flexatril now.

No I have not.
I had the luxury of beta testing Flexatril over a year ago before I worked with Scivation and the feedback since that trial run has been the same across the board for people trying it..

for 20% off and the others whom have tried it on here (and will continue to try it) as I give away a ton of free bottles they have been very happy bwdill Pec.Major BRUstrong JDybya

Again more feedback:

"So I've been on Flexatril for almost two weeks now and I am thoroughly impressed. If you've read some of my prior posts, you'll see that I had a great run using three bottles of SNS Joint Support XT before trying Flexatril. Joint Support did a fantastic job of clearing up most of my aches and pains, but the main thing that's been bothering me is elbow tendonitis. Whenever I get in rack position, or do pulling movements (e.g., pull ups), I would get burning pain shooting down my forearm. Unfortunately, Joint Support didn't do much to alleviate that. Within the 1-2 weeks I've been on Flexatril, I've noticed a huge improvement in pain. I'm probably 85% pain free at this point. I'm very amazed.

So, if you are super tight on cash, Joint Support is a great choice. However, IMO, Flexatril is worth every cent if you have nagging injuries and want to be pain free."

"Flexatril tops it for me. I view Cissus as an add-on. I mega dosed Cissus XT back in the day and got decent results, but nothing spectacular.

I'm genuinely impressed with the results from Flexatril"

Yea, it's a staple for me now. And I'm not a rep, nor have I received any discounts, free bottles, etc., for Flexatril. I bought tried it based on the hype (after running three bottles of Joint XT with good results) and it delivered as promised. Just to add, I took about 2-3 weeks off any joint supplement between my last bottle of Joint XT and my first bottle of Flexatril. My pain did get worse during that time, so I don't believe Joint XT would be any more of a long-term cure than Flexatril. However, as long I have the funds, I don't plan on testing the waters without Flexatril, as I'm experimenting with DC training now, in addition to doing heavy Oly lift work (snatches, cleans, jerks).

Genoflex is the only one Ive tried outside of Glucosamine, fish oil and other run of the mill things like that, but it helped with pain and mobility issues in my shoulders and knees.

We have been blown away by the feedback for Flexatril. We had a lot of initial data but it just keeps getting better. Excited to get it out in powder form!

It is great that we have multiple formulas that are effective. My concern is the actual healing aspect and to decipher which one is the best......Flexatril is looking very promising....

20% off right now at Nutraplanet with "Flexatril20"
A great chance to get it for a very good deal.

In for powder testing!!! Luckily I don't have any issues swallowing big pills (plus, it's only three at a time), but it's nice to see you're coming out with different forms

Mike is also working on making the tabs smaller and a 4 serving size. Due to some people saying the tabs were hard to swallow. Hopefully this will resolve the issue on hand.

Buy your favourite joint support ingredients in bulk and enjoy the savings
I have yet to find AyuFlex (or even a good terminalia chebula extract) in bulk. It's a very promising ingredient, and makes Flexatril an intriguing joint support supplement. That said, I do enjoy buying bulk Boswellia (AKBA), Microlactin, Bromelain, and Andrographis.

what do you take daily for joints?
Until this past week I was taking 125mg Boswellia (30% AKBA), 2g Microlactin, and 500mg (1200 GDU) enteric Bromelain, but I didn't have any sealed bottles to bring on my flight to Toronto, so I have to order more if I want to take them right now. All I have with me for joint support ATM is 300mg Andrographis (10% Andrographolides) caps at 2-3 per day.

This is a solid option. I also like Joint Help which is 1g cissus and paractin.

Genoflex and Flexatril get a lot of love. I haven't tried either but logs/reviews I've combed over, people do like it.

Is the Microlactin the part that drives the Flexatril. I and many of my friends are on and like the Joint support XT. The Flexatril does intrigue me as many like it better.
