Was wondering if I could hear your opinions on what fat burner I should take. I've been running a clean diet for 12 weeks and have dropped to 265( from 290). Cardio 6 days a week (3 days HIIT and 3 Days slow cardio).Calories around the 2,800 range. I'm looking for a good fat burner that will help me get the stubborn areas. Looking to drop down to 250ish area.

I've built up a decent tolerance to stims so I'm looking for something very strong. So far I'm looking at

HydroxyElite

Hellfire

Cobra 6

Phenadrine

Was wondering if anyone had any feedback on the above or any better suggestions for a good fat burner?

I recommend an ECA stack. I add in a 81mg aspirin - some forgo the aspirin.

I'm a dork engineer/numbers geek and tracked my ECA useage over 4 years (8 weeks on / 4-6 weeks off). I averaged 1.4 lbs lost per week while on ECA while only 0.2 lbs per week off of ECA.

Then, for a year used Alphamine (Team FP!) as my caffeine source. I averaged 1.0 lbs per week on that compared to a slight gain when not on it (+0.04).

However, by the time I was using the Alphamine, I was significantly leaner than when I started the ECA stack so keep that in mind.

I like the "feeling" of using Alphamine better than when I'm doing 3x ECA per day...it (the ECA) wigs me out a little near the end of the 8 week run.

Pertaining to your list - I did try HydroxyElite. Gave that up after about 2 weeks. It really jacked me up....and this from a person whom the Red Cross has classified their Blood Type as 'C' because of all the caffeine running through it!

Since they added the DMAA back I figured it'd be good. Too strong for you?

It wasn't "too strong" as far as a stimulant - HR was slightly elevated / BP was not affected. It was more a function of the effect it had on how I felt - it just made me feel "weird" and I didn't like it. Usually ECA, Alphamine, or even Norcodrene help me focus. HydroxyElite had the opposite effect. I felt less productive during the workday.

I had fantastic results with Ironchamps TNT.

Its a 24hour 'attack' on fat. You have an AM and PM bottle of the fat burner and take 2 caps when you wake up and 2 before bed.

It worked so well when I used it.

If you havent ran ECA stack i def would go with that. One of the best for appetite supression and energy that ive tried. Also true tried and tested for years and years.

Caffeine and yohimbe... everything else is just fillers

i have used strait caffeine and strait yohimbine hcl. 200mg/5mg 3 time daily . primaforce brand is very effective

I really liked norcodrene by pes, one of the few things that actually did suppress my appetite. I have a bottle of oxy max xt by Performax labs on standby for when I decide to cut. I can't rate it yet but it's had great reviews and Every one of Performax labs products that I have used has been stellar.

I think Lipomorph by Antaeus Labs is one of the best ones you can get. Non-stim and there's a ton of research behind it.

I like the "feeling" of using Alphamine better than when I'm doing 3x ECA per day...it (the ECA) wigs me out a little near the end of the 8 week run.

That's my go to cutting stack too
25 mgs Ephidrine
1.5 scoops Alphamine
50 mgs of F95
2x per day

I lost 1 to 2 pounds a week with no supplements (diet and workout)...I lost the same with fat burners (and diet and workout)...

Personally I used supps largely for motivation and some for lbm retention during the cut. Anyways what I am trying to say is you probably don't need anything. Try to get an appetite suppressant if you have trouble with hunger I guess...

Remember Diet is the best fat burner...

I would say, depends on quite a bit.

Current bf level? Type and frequency of training and cardio? Diet plan, timing, macro breakdown?

Is hunger an issue? Or just fat? stubborn fat?

From my experience, these things can have a big impact on what burners are effective for what.

I have heard a lot of good feedback about Metabolic Nutrition Synedrex. I personally have taken it and I love it. I also have been taking Iron Forged Nutrition Synthermo Black Series. It might not be strong enough since you've built up a tolerance for stims, but it's something to look into. The Synedrex is a good fat burner for those who have a high tolerance for stims.
