No tropics for sports

I am about to get involved in a number of sports soon and being new to nootropics I am wondering in general what would be recommended? Thsee are just local level events so drug testing is a non issue. Just wondering if things like reaction time, reflexes, quick analysis can be improved. Any help would be appreciated.

PS: Sorry about the title, didn't realize autocorrect did a number there...

Although it's more of an adaptogen (more of a technicality than anything else IMO), rhodiola has anti-fatigue effects and acute exercise benefits. Ashwagandha (another adaptogen) has a ton of benefits, from reducing stress to improving cognition and strength with daily use (not acute). Choline can also benefit you; I recall seeing a study showing body composition (fat loss) in judo athletes taking choline, as well as other studies showing improved cognition. Noopept has at least 1 study showing some sort of athletic/physical benefits, but I don't recall what exactly, perhaps heat and/or cold tolerance? It's in another thread of mine, I'll check later. Most nootropics are really better for cognitive effects than sports, but perhaps improved cognition/focus/energy could help, more in some sports than others.

I am thinking of Stack : Focus XT + Rhodiola + gingko biloba. for general games/practice.

For special games, I am thinking of adding Phenypiracetam as well...

Would this be a good stack or overkill somewhere?

I don't see any overkill with focus XT + rhodiola + ginkgo. Just make sure that you're fine with the caffeine content in FXT if you're getting the version with caffeine. I don't remember if you mentioned what sports you're going to be playing. As for phenyl, it's fine if used in moderation, which it seems like you plan on doing, but perhaps give it a try sometime before an important game if you haven't already; I wouldn't want to introduce a new variable(s) in an important game.
