It is also my personal experience after actually trying 2 caps yesterday afternoon :)

A nice smooth energy and warmth sensation. Another OL rep tried 3 caps and commented that due to the potency he plans to avoid using on an empty stomach in the future.

How is the appetite suppression? Would you compare it to Norcodrene, dexaprine , EC, or anything else you've tried? Is it hard hitting like the stimulation?

Mind you I only had two caps, but I did a notice a very slight suppression in appetite. Since I am a rep I will not go into a direct comparison with other products, but to address your question norco does donuts for me for appetite suppression.

Ignit3 does come on quite quick but it is a very smooth & subtle ramp in energy. True to it's name, Ignit3 does induce a warming sensation.

I would definitely start with 3-4 caps and go up from there, especially if you are dosing on an empty stomach.

Robert Irvine FitElite Bday bars are on pt and on par with oh yeah bday...may grab a box. The high carb fit crunch bday are pretty good IMO but then I had a PB fit crunch was like oh snap that's da s**t lol

PB Fit Crunch = the BOSS
Good to hear the Fit Elite are better than the Fit Crunch. Those were pretty meh for Bday.

Good to hear the Fit Elite are better than the Fit Crunch. Those were pretty meh for Bday.

Grabbed these at the end of the day and was heading to dinner so didn't try them yet.

To make long story short. One of their reps (thefugitive) could not give me or other forum members any info on their own activator tm found in KINGv2 and I found their KING v2 was nothing than soy lecithin powder containing almost no PA at all.
Bpi is the brand I would highly avoid

i woudnt be surprise if 50% of supplements didnt meet label claims
