I wanted to go to the arnold this year but can't:( I'm definitely going next year though!
 
Was at the Arnold today. It's sad to see how long of a line people will stand in and the dumb things they do just to get a tiny sample packet...

One of my friends from back home owns a supplement store and he knows a LOT of people in the industry, so we got free tickets to the expo and into the Europa area. Also got us hooked up with quite a bit of extra samples and stuff lol

It was a packed mess, not nearly as much fun this year. MP booth was laughable. No bb.com, no Scivation. BPI, Muscletech, and MHP were enjoyable though... Never made it close enough to enjoy Animal cage lol
