Close Grip Bench- pyramid up using 25 pound plates; then on the last set do a triple drop set.
Seated or Standing Tricep Extension- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Skull Crusher -with- Tricep Press- 3 sets each of double failure
Overhead Tricep Extension -with- Tricep Pressdown- 3 sets of double failure
Rope Pressdown- 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Dumbbell Kickbacks- 4 sets of 12 reps
Dips 4 sets to failure

BICEPS WORKOUT

Hammer Rope Curl- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl- 3 sets of 10-12 (each arm)
Reverse Curl (e-z curl bar)- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
E-Z Curl Bar 4 Sets to failure
Alternating Dumbbell Curls 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Alternating Hammer Curls 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Close Grip chin-ups 4 sets to failure

Love karbolyn... I've been using PS Karbolic, put a half scoop in my intra workout and a full scoop with my post workout protein. Like you said, pumps all day!
