TGR's Modified PowerBuilding v2.0

I saw a great Rogue rack that came with chains, bars, and weights for real cheap a few months back. It was just a bad time.

Such is life.

What I would do, is get your tax return (if you get a good one) and just hold it.

Keep an eye on local CL and move in on a good deal when you see one. Exercise equipment for a good price doesn't usually last long on CL, so you have to be able to move on it quick.

Brb moving to tx to not be taxed and lift with jim in his shed.

Whatever return we get is for our anniversary vacation. Gonna keep an eye on CL anyway. Just got a decent raise.

That's why I stay here tbh.

Economy is still in good shape, land is "cheap", cost of living is pretty low, and no ridiculous taxes.

Plus, it's easy to get firearms as long as you aren't a felon here.

The weather sucks though.

I've got a spare room you could rent bro! Just can't be an annoying **** lol.

That's probably a higher priority lol.

Me and the wife will be doing that PL meet on our anniversary this year. Here's to 9/9 and PRs as an anniversary gift lol.

Gotta give her the old chalked-hand booty slap at the comp so she knows how much you appreciate her minding her physique

Looks good but I could make a nice salad with chicken with them calories lol

Definitely not a meal replacement but great if you have a(n occasional) sweet tooth.

Damn soy protein, again.

Was really hope you were gonna say it was kind of filling at those macros lol

So 30g of protein is 120 cals...so I could just drink a 30g whey shake and have nearly 240 calories of actual dark chocolate truffles (often made with MCT oil in lieu of butter). At least Birthday Cake sounds like a good flavor.

i bet that 8 grams of saturated fat constitutes a big part of what tastes good! haha, i'm actually a believer in the diet movement that is opposed to what is generally accepted now so it's all good to me. Basically this opposition school of diet says that saturated fats, especially animal derived, are really healthy in moderate to higher amounts and that it's all these modern poly-unsaturated fat products that are causing the higher incidence of heart disease. and that a diet that's low in saturated fat is actually extremely unhealthy.

Everything in moderation.

An entire pizza is moderation, right? I mean you could always eat two.

Yep! An entire pizza once in awhile, for one meal will never hurt anyone. Eating an entire pizza a few times a week will have you in the Super heavyweight class!

You lookin at me?

You're still just a Heavyweight. Long way to go to get to Super! Now go eat your pizza! lol

That'd be nice. Stabbing lean tonight and on the way down.

Well, I'm super behind on everyone's logs. I'll play catch up later and this weekend.

You and me both...

I left my ShouldeRok at the gym the other day. When I went to the office to retrieve it this morning they said I couldn't bring it back.

That f**Kin' gym i tell ya...

I have plenty of room and already chosen which garage I'm using for it. Not in a position right now to buy the equipment though. Dam kids seem to cost more as they get older.

It'll happen soon though.

Ipads vs racks... ??? ;)

...Spring vacation to TORONTO! I have a suite for you and the wife.... and your gym is yours!

Ha. Thanks Simon.

Well, no gym today and surgery Wednesday that will likely have me out until at least Saturday if not Monday. I may jump into deadlift singles tomorrow somewhat light and just repeat the day my next trip in.

Good luck buddy and speedy recovery!!!

Get those deads in! I know not being in the gym for a few days will kill ya... but the rest will do you good too!

Literally ZERO issues with those deads! ON POINT!!!!! Congratz man!!!

Yes!!! Awesome strength! Only issue was your gray troupe kept lifting off your head! Lol

Good luck with the surgery Thomas. Pulls looked smooth too, brotha.

Good luck with the surgery!
Tell us how it went, planing to get a penis enlargement too.

:fing02:

Thanks man. Trying to keep up with you.

All of this!

Was that a 515+gum chew for reps PR??

Absolutely it was. lol

Nice tugging there! Hoping for quick recovery from your surgery.

Thanks man!

Good luck with the surgery!

Thanks man, and maybe I should write "wrong area" down there...

i bet you'll come back after the recovery time and feel hugely refreshed. that long hold on the dl must really make you feel confident in your grip and i bet that in combination with all the extra rest will equal a pretty awesome increase when you try a new 1rm.

I hope so. Looking forward to the downtime.

Also looking forward to catching up on here with you guys' logs.

That 515 looked easier than the 495! Good luck tomorrow! Can't believe they can do that surgery so quick. You'd think Bruce/Caitlyn would go ahead and do it too...lol

Oh, love the raghead on the first set! Props...

Hey just so we're clear we all want you to have a safe successful procedure today but no d*ck pics afterward. Yes you can be proud but we don't need to see it.

No noods. Procedure went well.

Pain is 3-4/10 when doing nothing, and 8-9/10 opening my mouth to take in a substance other than water (Tried a semi-thick shake with a spoon).

I'll probably take tomorrow off then go back to work Friday. Gym Friday, maybe. Doc said no weights for a week but I think he's clueless on that. Maybe I'll jump into cardio/deload.

Glad all went well buddy!

Take as much time as you need to feel better. You don't want to pop a stitch in the gym and start bleeding. Your gym would probably kick you out for bleeding! Lol.

Protein enema comes to mind... but not on squatting days.

Blending some soup now. I'll probably do lots of protein shakes tomorrow.

I'll still wear the gauze in my mouth and not do anything to jeopardize popping a stitch. It would be a good time to get some cardio in and work on my heart.

Thanks man.
