Alright well I finished the stack about a week ago and just figured I would give an update
So I went from 175 to 184. Bench went up to about about 20lbs, DL went up 50lbs and my squat went up 40lbs. The muscle I gain was very lean. I also noticed I'm way more vascular now. My traps and delt are really starting to show now. Which is a huge plus
