Alphamax + Ep1c unleashed + Dermastrength unleashed

Last night I did shoulders and actually wasn't feeling too much discomfort. Some lifts are up a little and am looking leaner
 
Glad to hear your shoulders are feeling better. Heavier lifts while looking leaner is the best feeling, has your body weight changed at all?
 
When did you notice a pickup in vascularity? I'm on day 5 of X-Factor and Alphamax and my vascularity seems the same, not that I expect any increase this soon. My joints feel achy already as well but not bad

Actually didn't take long. Maybe a week, two weeks at the most. Depends on your body fat % too. Mines pretty low so it doesn't take much to see am increase. Plus I'm taking nitrates before workout which really is increasing vascularity

This. Also, vascularity depends a lot on genetics too. Some people don't have great vascularity even at lower body fat levels. The lower your body fat is, the better chance of looking vascular you are - but there's no guarantee. What's your current BF% jathan_howe?

I estimate about 11 or 12%. It used to show a lot when I was really skinny

They'll become more noticable as you get leaner, and hopefully as you continue this stack. I feel the vascularity becomes more pronounced as the cycle progresses. Are you running Alphamax for 4 weeks, or are you planning to run it for a full 8 weeks like MJW is?

Nope. I only bought two bottles but I dose 5 days a week which pushes it closer to, if not right at, 12 weeks

It would probably suit you better to run it every day for an 8 week cycle, as opposed to dosing only on training days and running it for 12 weeks. Alphamax can be very beneficial on rest days in aiding in recovery, and the product will be more effective if you are dosing every day. Its your call, but I would rather see you get the most out of Alphamax

I was originally gonna do that but I'm not sure how my joints would handle it. The weekend breaks seem to help with that.

I completely understand, the Arimistane can cause some dry joints in some users. Up your fish oil dosage and hopefully that'll help. If you're interested, the new Alphamax XT has been released as well. TGB Supplements has it on presale right now for 30% off with the code alpha30. I know you already have your two bottles of the OG version, but Alphamax XT doesn't contain the Arimistane, so it will be easier on the joints

I'm running X-Factor right now also so I've been iffy about fish oil. I know as long as I take it 8 hours or so after my ArA it should be good. Would that still inhibit the ArA to some degree?

If you dose it as far away from the ArA as possible, it shouldn't inhibit the ArA very much, if any at all. Different people have different opinions about this subject. When I ran my ArA cycle, I would dose my ArA first thing in the morning preworkout, and take my fish oil with dinner at night and still got great results from ArA.

So I worked out arms yesterday and the pump was so rediculous that I couldn't pinch my skin at all. My muscles overall just seem fuller. Liking this stuff.

Thats sounds awesome, is the pump long lasting ? Sometimes I get back pumps for hours oddly and iam not on any ph/ds/aas .
 
I noticed an annoying back pump lasting for a while when I was at the fire academy after pt

Those are the worst !!! I got one in the middle of a lecture at work . It looked like I had a serious case of ants in the pants . I now carry 10grams of taurine just in case and a small water bottle . 5 to 6 grams seems to help me a little . It takes a few for it to kick in .

Been a while since I updated. Been real busy lately. Have kept up on the dosages and am about a week or so into the second bottle of alphamax. Looking lean! Feel like I can go harder and longer at the gym. Pt at the fire academy has been feeling easy too. Definitely something I'll be taking in the future. Will probably leave out the DermaStr3ngth though.

He's alive! Awesome man, sounds like Alphamax is treating you very well. Have you been gaining weight/increasing strength?
 
Well my weight was up to 171.. but now it's down to 160 ish because I got real sick and wasn't eating much for days. Strength has been down since then too

Literally right after I get over being sick, my fiancee comes home from working the jail (she's a police officer) with a stomach virus. Of course she gives it to me and it was the worst sickness of my life. Puking and ****ting all night. I'm down to 157 lbs now. Very frustrating.

Damn man that sounds horrible. Sorry to hear that happened. Are you continuing with your Alphamax run, or are you waiting to get better first?
 
Strength is way down and energy levels sucks. Hopefully I get my weight and strength back up soon

Getting sick is the worst. I always hate the way I feel in the gym after being sick. Luckily you're running a solid stack though, which will help you mentally and physically to get back to your strength levels and beyond. How many weeks of your Alphamax cycle do you have left since taking your break from being sick?

Nice log in just began Alphamax and when I finish the first bottle I'll be adding EP1C to it and after that Strength Unleashed. Need used any of these so curious how they work alone and stacked

It's a perfect stack. Next time I'm going to leave out str3ngth. If you want some even more, buy some soy lecithin for pa and take before + after a workout. I love it because it works better than almost anything I've taken and it's cheap as hell.

it's cheap, great as an emulsifier for ArA, but the only downside is the high amounts of soy in it. I just wouldn't take crazy amounts like 5-6scoops a day, otherwise Soy lecithin granules compliment almost everything!

I heard that the process the lecithin goes through makes it so the soy is not a problem. I don't know exactly what the process is... if someone else could chime in?

Feel like my breathing and endurance has been great for firefighting. Definitely something I'll do in the future

I'm a bit late to the party, but it isn't a concern (from some of my previous discussions on lecithin/PA):

According to the USDA, soy lecithin contains an average of 15.7mg isoflavones per 100g.

Soy does not appear to significantly affect testosterone levels in moderation (1-2 servings of soy food daily, less than 25g of soy protein from non-concentrate sources), and seems to be able to adversely affect testosterone levels when superloaded (enough so that the equol issue is moot; around 100mg isoflavones daily). Between moderation and excess, there is a grey area that is dependent on whether or not one is able to produce equol from daidzein. These numbers do not apply to soy protein concentrate, which has negligible isoflavone content from ethanol extraction.
A lot of people, myself included, seem to find 3 tbsp of lecithin granules (providing 900mg-1.5g PA) to be a good amount. That's 22.5 grams of soy lecithin, which should only contain around 3.5mg isoflavone, much, much less than the 100mg number examine mentioned.

I'd say that the fat/calories and/or bloating/stomach upset would be the limiting factor in dosing soy lecithin granules significantly before isoflavone/testosterone/estrogen concerns.
 
So final conclusion is that this stuff seems like it would be very good for a cut. Seems like it shredded water weight (probably because of the AI), gave me a decent strength boost and a great endurance boost. My muscles felt a little more hard and I looked more vascular. In the future, I'll probably use this as a stack for after pct to keep my gains or to use for a cut after I bulk. Would I recommend this stack? Yes. Besides maybe the str3ngth. Don't think I saw much benifit to it. Maybe it was because I only ran one bottle? Idk. Also, I do beleive that this stack would have worked alot better if I didn't get as sick as I did while running it. But overall it was good and I'll do it again.
