Female Anavar Cycle Log

I appreciate the support and positivity!! :) I'm about ready to chop my legs off, though. So sore. So agonizingly sore... there should be parking spaces for people after leg day, haha.

Tattoos are my other addiction, haha. I've got too many that are only half finished. I'm waiting to start a sleeve until I see how my arms develop. :D

The way these sessions are going they will be larger than mine in no time! lol I gots work to do!
 
Quick question -- anyone have any favorite methods/lifts for improving the roundness of their delts?? Aside from infinity lateral raises, haha. Any feedback is welcome! I think it's my medial delts that need the most work for the shape I'm looking for... thoughts? :confused:

I personally had great success with leaning lateral raises. I don't know if you have tried those. I saw results doing three traditional sets of leaning lateral raises and then I did regular lateral raises and ran the rack.
 
Db Hanging Cleans, Arnold Press, Six ways aren't fun but do a job, Bb shoulder press

Call me cynical, call me whatever, but I've learned voicing anything on the internet means someone will inevitably threaten to burn your house down. Or something to that effect. Generally that is what I think AM is for. To learn, to teach, to be motivated, to be inspired.

Band face pulls. Weirdly hits middle delta better than lateral raises according to emg readings

Haven't run into that on here. AM family is very good and so many people are willing to help out.

UPDATE! I know, I was supposed to post this like two days ago. But here it is now!

BACK/DELT WORKOUT

My sets/reps usually break down into five sets, increasing weights, decreasing reps on all but the last set -- so for lats, I'll start at like 75-85lbs for 15-20; 90-100 for 12-15; 110-120 for 8-10; 130-140 for 6-8; and end with 12-15 at 90-100. Or something to that effect. Same rep scheme for cable rows when I do those, usually too. Also, I'm not sure what the names for half of these cable attachments are called. So feel free to correct me, haha.

Wide Parallel Lat Pulldown (above rep scheme)
Lat Pulldown (Grip a little wider than shoulder width; above rep scheme)
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows - 4 sets; 12 reps at 50lbs each arm
Bent Over Rows - 4 sets; 15 reps (underhand grip with a 60lb EZ bar; 3 second negatives)
Cable Low Row - 4 sets; 12-15 reps (start at 75lbs; increase 10-20lbs after each set)
Dumbbell Back Flies - 4 sets; 12-15 reps at 20lb
Cable Face Pulls - 4 sets; 15-20 reps (start at 30lbs increasing 5-10lbs after each set)
Assisted Pullups - 3 sets; 8 - 10 reps (40lb assist)
Lateral Raises - infinity. All of them. ... obviously, that's an exaggeration, but there were like 150 reps or some nonsense like that.

ALSO, I SQUATTED 245 FOR 3 YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So many strongs. Much power. Bahaha. AND I got my chest piece finished. FINALLY. It's only taken me like... a year to get it done. :djparty:
 
Great work girl and you look great as well! Shoulders look full! I'm dyeing for some nice delts too!

I have found that AM is one of the best forums filled with lots of support, knowledge, and encouragement! I have been placed like you were talking about, where they're always judging or looking to knock you down...AM is definitely not like that!
 
At your weight 245x3 is no easy feat so great job!!!

Barely, haha. WORK IS EXHAUSTING. Between my job, the rescue, and the gym, I think I've barely slept in a week. But sleep is overrated anyway! I'm pretty sure I've lost weight, so that sucks. I'M GONNA POST ANOTHER UPDATE TOMORROW I SWEAR. (I picked up another surrendered parrot a couple days ago, so transitioning her into my house with all the others has been... tiring? But she's cute so I can't even be mad about it.)

UPDATE! (Better late than never I guess? Haha.... :sorry: ) So far, still no real sides. A little broken out on my back/shoulders, but nothing super noticeable or inconvenient or anything like that. Slight increase in vascularity -- especially in my forearms and a little in my anterior delts, so that's neat! No fatigue or anything, but I will say, sex drive is like... nonexistent. Which is a little ****ty. It could be unrelated especially given most females seem to have the opposite experience, but ... pretty sure it's because of the anavar, haha. But otherwise, I'm liking the results! I think I'm on like... week six now? I expected more sides, so I'm pleasantly surprised that hasn't been the case. Next time, I'm thinking I might stack it with something else... maybe throw in some MK2866 or something. I know females don't 'have' to post cycle, but I'll probably run some natural test support once I'm done. Maybe that'll help bring the libido back up... My husband feels super neglected, but... but my gains!! Right?!?! :veryhappy: I ran a cycle of LGD with a natural test booster, and that stack like... SKYROCKETED my sex drive, haha. Not that anyone NEEDS all that information.... :shrug: I feel like half of the fun of anabolics is stacking a few of them together and seeing what happens. UP NEXT -- I'm thinking I'ma try out some Hexadrone. After... waiting the appropriate amount of time between cycles, of course. Seriously though, from this particular cycle, the biggest difference is in my legs. I mean. Don't get me wrong, my arms are looking pretty awesome, but my quads/glutes/hams look ****ing awesome. NOT EVEN KIDDING, I ripped two pairs of jeans in the last 24 hours. THESE THINGS ARE EXPENSIVE AND I DON'T LIKE WEARING LEGGINGS!!!!! :rant:

Sucks to hear about your drive taking a hit but hopefully you keep that fella happy somehow! Cant lie thats awesome in terms of hitting the 6 week mark and that be the only downside. The bods looking great as well! Kinda jelly on those quads!

Sorry for the non-existence here... My poor time management has left even my gains suffering to some extent. :( As in I haven't lifted in three days but those three days have suuuuuucked. Anyway. I appreciate all the awesome feedback from you guys -- despite my inconsistent updates, I'm glad you all took the time to offer some motivation and positivity! I finished that cycle and ran a little herbal test boost/AI to level things out a little more quickly. I don't think I'll run anavar again... at least, not by itself, anyway. All in all, I enjoyed the strength increases, and it definitely helped me lean out a bit (even with minimal changes to my training protocol or diet) but it murdered my libido, which was annoying to deal with. My moods overall were fine, and the worst physical side was just a little bit of acne on my shoulders/back -- but I'll more than happily sacrifice a little bit of vanity to get some results. Anyone have any thoughts on Primo??? I'm sure there's another forum for that but just figured I'd put it out there in case anyone had any input for me! I'll try and make my next log more ... organized/consistent than this one!! :D
 
Just curious, if you liked sarms then why wouldnt you just do them again?

Because I was curious as to whether or not there was a substantial difference in terms of results and sides. There's always an appeal to trying something newer/stronger/better/different, even if you know what's been effective in the past.
