The magical log of my first cycle

Well into week 8 and I have my first real side effect issue, if you will.

My blood pressure is through the roof tonight for whatever reason. I have normal blood pressure range and been keeping track of it twice a week this whole time and it was only slightly higher then normal.

But today it hit me. I could feel it and knew I had to check it and I came in at 165/90! Yeah not a typo and not something to play with. Not sure what factors can play into this reasoning. I did a rare afternoon workout. Took my trest and pwo as normal. Got through the workout, took in a meal and I was feeling ill. I did pin today but I don't see how that could effect me being it hasn't before.

My support supps are in check but I'll up the Hawthorne berry and look into what else I can add to help. It's lowered down to 140/90 since I got my higher reading around 4 hours ago. Going to keep a very close eye on it and do am and pm reading daily for as long as I feel needed.

It may be a good idea to go to a doc and get some bp meds?
 
Blood pressure this morning is down to 120/85. Much better compared to yesterday. Needless to say I'm playing it safe and dropping the trest for the time being. Will talk to a doctor at work today to see what my options are.

If it's not down any this week is it best to consider stopping my cycle and starting pct in 2 weeks?
 
No need to stop cycle bro,just keep bp in check and maybe get meds,bp is controlable
 
Well every since stopping the trest my bp is sitting around 115/77. Much better. Enough with the sides bs let's talk gains!

It's been a couple months since I've done barbell bench due to a stinger in my shoulder. Which probably came from crap form of course. Well it was back day for me but my friend was doing bench. I told him to leave 225 on there. Reped it out 15 times smooth as butter. Strength gains are getting phenomenal there's nothing I feel I can't do! Anything strength gains in my past from SARMS, PH or an Andro were just child's play compared to this.

My appetite is through the damn roof. I keep wanting to drop my carbs a little to try and lose some body fat as well but my brain won't let me lol. Keeping it around 250g for now but loving the ride so why change it tbh.
 
Eat a ton, bro, soak up those gains on your first cycle. Grow your muscle and cut later.

Into week 10 of my cycle so only 5 weeks left, not sure how I feel about that.

Blood pressure is completly in check now and lower then when I was on trest. It's a compound I loved at 50mg pwo and blood pressure was the only side I had from it. I also upped my hawthorn, coq10 and eating a ton of celery, with peanut butter of course.

Gains are still coming steady and I'm up 20lbs total from start until now. These are empty stomach first thing in the am weigh ins so it's as accurate as it could be. Body fat has only gone up 2% after a few measurements so I'm content with that. Strength and endurance has been getting better weekly as expected.

Struck my first vein while pinning and had blood running out with a nice bruise left behind lol.

In 5 weeks when PCT starts I will feel like trash and be eating like crazy to keep these gains. Also picked up some Testify Pro to add in.

My PCT will be as follows 2 weeks after my last pin

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5
Testify Pro 8 weeks
Alpha Jym 8 weeks

Im pleased with my set up for PCT just not looking forward to not having the "on" feeling anymore.

I love the idea of a longer 15 week cycle but I know time off will be longer. After recovery from this cycle I'm going to strongly consider working with only short esters such as test prop and limit cycles to 8-10 weeks to get the most out of them.

Just a thought for now but continuing to enjoy the current ride.

Not sure tbh, been a while since I've measured anything it seems. Either way I can tell a difference and have been getting a ton of notice for the differences as well.


Side note- got my hands on a new test p/Tren ace blend that I can't wait to test out!
