At what levels of testosterone in the body are associated with optimum muscle growth

Is the a certain level that anyone has seen with test levels to be the optimum for building muscle at a good rate
 
Supraphysiological levels. If you're looking for a number, it would be highly variable from one person to the next.
 
There's diminishing returns ive found after about 500, you will see noticeably better gains from 500-750, but not like from 300-500, and even less from 750-1000. I prefer to keep my test at 250 and add in stronger compounds like deca or tren at higher doses for most cycles. People say always do a 2:1 or 1:1 test deca ratio, but ive found with 300mg of mast and caber, ive never needed over 250 mg of test. I just bloat really bad over 250 test.
 
600mg prop has been pretty nice.
 
on trt at 200 cyp p/week for 8 wks now and just like kisaj and easyjel said it varies. I'm def at supraphysiological levels feel strong as fook.
Kicked it with sd at 10 for 6 weeks also.
