What are some alternatives or protocols out there to counter androgen related problems to cycles and or/trt? Clearly Formestane worked and worked well, but obviously no longer on the market.

Arimistane, DIM, Reverastrol, etc...??

In UK you still have 6-bromo, ATD, Formestane. Im not so familiar with other otc products, Im sure others will chime in.

There is no comparable OTC alternative.

Yes, formastane was great but it was also once a prescription drug fyi.
