So I bit the bullet on Rad and want to log it solo as I really haven't seen or heard of too many solo runs which I think should be seen more so there can be a better idea of how exactly Rad works.

So here's my run -
Rad140 15mg/ED (Focused Nutrition brand, personally a little weary of this company as it comes with 90, 15mg Rad caps which is a little weird IMO)

400 cal deficit, I'll be using Rad for my cut

No other supps (except pre, creatine, etc)

Effects to this point: (Started 2/8)
- Libido is increased
- Weight is up about a lb
- Enhanced cognitive function
- Slight vascularity increase
- Muscles feel tighter/fullness

More than likely I'll just be updating once a week (on Monday or Sunday) as I think feedback will be more beneficial/substantial on a week-to-week basis rather than daily
 
I ran RAD for 5 weeks at 12mg. I actually like that FN is 15 per cap as it seems it may be the best dose for an advanced cycle.

What is "enhanced cognitive function"? Is it like ... you watch a video by Michiu Kaku on string theory and an 11-dimensional universe, and then you're able to just as easily explain it to your friend?

Hey, I was just asking ... I mean what does "enhanced cognitive function" mean? I'm a man that speaks how he eats and I eat chicken with my hands.
 
Goals- Cut, 12 weeks out from Physique show, already lean so not going crazy quite yet

Thanks for all the subs, if not mentioned eating @ 2,500 cals (200g P, 240g C, 75g F). Want to increase #s best I can while being in deficit. Starting weight was 190 (gym weight)
 
Currently sitting at about 185-188, fullness is still nice, pumps are GREAT. No crazy strength gains, no dbol/kicker like effects through 2 weeks (like I've seen many reps report)

Libido is awesome, no lethargy. Overall nothing too crazy thus far.
 
How long are you running rad Mr Physique? Lethargy seems to rear its ugly lazy head after 4 weeks or so.
Also, I know you said you're running it solo, but are you running any test?

End results/thoughts:

Weight: 178lbs

I dropped 12lbs while loosing 3-4 reps on my incline press (my main focus rn).

Overall: I'm not overly impressed with Rad140, based on prior reviews I've read. So here's what I've read versus my experience:

[size=+2]BW Gain/BF Los[/size]t: +6-8+lbs, -2-4% | -12lbs, -2-4%

[size=+2]Strength Gains[/size]: +15-45lbs on compound movements | -4 reps on compound movement

[size=+2]Lethargy[/size]: Increasingly worse, terrible weeks 3-4, and beyond | No lethargy experienced

Overall, I did NOT have a "typical" experience with Rad140. This is with using 15mg when most reviews were ran 8-12mg (8mg for the majority of the run). Libido was fine, no lethargy (was using 200mg 4-andro). It makes me believe this product is either 1.) severely underdosed, or 2.) not radarine. My diet was on par around 2800-2500 calories (I was cutting), and I did not miss a session (I typically don't, ever). And felt I had only 2 "off" sessions throughout the entirety of this run (I keep track of off lifts, something weird of me).

Perhaps I had high hopes, but again this is in comparison to reviews I had read. See yall next time

Yeah, not too surprised, I didnt get much from RAD on my deficit run either.

Meh, gotta try these things though right.
