The gym employee was throwing a fit because of the noise I was making on the Pendlay rows so I didn't go heavier. It's a f*cking gym dude, and we're in a room called the Pump Room where all the heavy weights are. PEOPLE ARE GONNA MAKE SOME F*CKING NOISE.
 
^^ Ha! My gym manager blows up at guys dropping the bar on things like sumo squats because they can hear it downstairs (yes, the heavy weights are upstairs on the mezzanine timber floor!)...but they won't put in a lifting platform. Stupid isn't it?

Wow that's smart. Yeah they don't have platforms at my university gym either. People are gonna stare no matter what though considering I've been rowing more than most people in there can squat for a single rep.

Did chest only today, I think I'm going to do an arm day at the end of this week since I'm cutting out 2 leg days this week. This will make each workout a little bit easier since I'm sick and I'll still get some arm work in. Today's workout:

Doctor appointment was interesting. I don't have strep, so I guess I just have a bad cold or something. My blood pressure was really out of whack, 160/75. That's stage 1 hypertension... Which is weird because on Friday it was 120/80. I asked the nurse if taking decongestants and fast-walking about 2 miles from my apartment to the doc would have any effect on that, and she said yes... So I'm hoping that's all it is.
 
Well I just pinned my delt for the very first time before I headed off to the gym, it was...interesting. Lol

Btw- I think the test is really starting to kick in. Libido has been sky high the past few days.
Also surprisingly energetic for how sick I feel. And alpha.
Great aggression in the gym but that's largely due to the epiandro and trest as well.
What's cool is I'm going to have enough DermaTr3st for at least another 8 weeks some other time, and I have another bottle of Tr3st. I might try 75mg oral for 40 days instead of 50mg for 60 next time! That's a long ways away though, it will be a considerable amount of time before my next cycle.
Plus...there's so much excitement left in this one ;)

Some pics from just now. Starting to feel big(ish), great vascularity, I feel slightly pumped all day, however I also feel a little bloated. That's okay. I'm starting Alpha Stano tomorrow and ending Super Epi-Andro Rx, so my epiandro dosage will go from 200 to 450 daily.
My legs are looking a lot bigger even though I haven't worked them in almost two weeks now. I'll be adding them back in on Tuesday and doing deadlift instead of squats.
I'm really enjoying the strength aspect of this cycle but I'm ready to start seeing some size changes. I may back off the heavy weights a little, and give some more attention to volume.
Also, I wish I could afford a posing coach

Thinking about starting tren tonight.... Hmmmmm. I'd start at 30mg ED and bump up to 50mg ED eventually if I felt I could handle it.

Haha I don't wanna get bad sides and scare myself off from it man, if I get good results from 30mg ED I'd be more than glad to stick with that. I'll be doing at least 1 week, possibly 2 if it goes well.

I posted some 3 days ago brutha! I'll probably be taking some at least once a week over the next 6-8 weeks though, I've heard tren does some pretty sweet stuff to your physique and I'm looking into maybe some masteron and winstrol to add in after a couple weeks. I just made plans to go to Miami at the end of March so it's time to shred up a little and look like a damn freak on the beach!

I ran tren at around 300mg-350 a week and test at around 750 and it was alright nothing gnarly

But then switched to 250mg of test a week and 500-600mg of tren per week and that's when the gains and veins got sick nasty.

I was a fan of high tren low test

Yea I'm at 210mg tren and 275-325mg test for the first week or two and then will go to 350mg tren and 125mg test per week. Very tempted to throw in 3 weeks of sdrol like...right now.
 
Dbol was so fun :( I'm so sad it is over. And SD is gnarly.

Haha well now you can drop some water weight and keep making gains. And yeah so I've heard. My buddy loves sdrol, highly recommended it.

I will definitely run tren again after at least a few months off after this cycle. I loved it and felt lean and big! But not going to lie this Deca and EQ bulk have me feeling monster strong and really just a big person! Can't wait to cuz up and look good:)

Hell yeah dude. If I like tren enough I'll include it in every cycle. I also wanna keep my cycles a little on the short end, like 8 weeks or so. Use mostly short esters; I wanna try mast for sure, and NPP.
