Trest gyno issues!?

Only 2 weeks into a Trest only 6 to 8 week cycle at 50mg ed (with trt-androgel1.6 60mg a day) and literally in less than 48 hours went from no nipple sensation to painful nipples, and small very sore left lump beside the nipple. No AI for initial run, as the agel converts at a decent rate to dht, minimizing Trest side effects. This isn't the first time for this particular cycle, with zero issues in the past. Immediately stopped Trest and started taking 150mg of Arimistane, and within 48 hours the pain and sensitivity had passed, mostly. However theirs still a lump or swollen gland in left nipple that's sore to press. Also, cannot stand the heat flashes. This has NEVER happened before. Still dosing Trt the exact same as prior. 36 years old, BF% is less than 7.5, weight 160lbs. Not really a beginner for the gym or supps.
 
Out of curiosity.. Are using the Trest intramuscular through injection or is it Transdermal? If Im not mistaken, I believe Trestolone can convert to Estrogen which is why most people run an strong AI with it. Arimistane is not really a potent enough AI as it really doesnt lower Estrogen... Or their really arent any blood tests that show it lowers Estrogen. You may have to pick up a stronger AI like Arimidex or Aromasin or even Formestane if you can get your hands on some.
 
I have always very sensitive to AI's and Anti-E's. I couldnt even run PP's sustain alpha cuz it would crush my estro! That's why I think I feel like crap, taking 75mg Arimistane twice a day. But I'm gonna grab something stronger just in case. My other concern IS: continue the trt dose as normal, or lay off until E is back down?
 
I would continue with the Androgel.. I have a funny feeling the Trestolone is more the culprit.. Continue running it unless your symptoms obviously get worse. Or you could play it safe and stop everything till you have your AI to run along with it, Ive just never been a big fan of stopping a cycle and then just randomly starting up again..

IMHO definitively the Trest, it's nipple-trouble. Oral more, TD less.
 
This was the 3rd go round with TD Trest since OL came out, never had an issue in the past. It's almost like this batch is super strong. 10 lbs in 2 weeks and looking jacked, never grew that fast in the past!!! But Jesus did this come on out of no where and hit hard. I have been on trt for 3+ years straight, with NO issues with Estrogen, mainly because androgel converts to DHT at a decent %, which has eliminated E issue in the past. I definitely know this was the Trest, but like I said this TD Trest felt a lot stronger.
 
I loooove trest , besides the nipple trouble. Like others said too, Adex at fairly high dose, like 1mg x day for 3 days , later as needed, should correct the issue, while dosing down on trest.
