1.5 scoops sipped on before and during workout

Comments: Probably one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. I felt like an endurance felt like I was trained cross country runner running a mile. The only thing that stopped me was lack of time and knowing when to say enough is enough...which was hard because after end of workout I still felt like I could have played a game of basketball and/or go hiking. However, I do understand there is a difference of mentally feeling able and physically being able. I am glad I stopped when I did so that I can go back the next day....when your in your 40's, I feel its very important to.....live to fight another day.

That was one heck of a workout! Very nice! I agree with the enhanced endurance and recovery.

Comments: Another great workout. I went to my work gym because I didn't want another leg day without squatting. I hit a new PR. I am sure I would have accomplished other PRs on other days if I tried because I feel strongest that I've ever had in my 41 years on this planet.

Thank you for the compliment. That means a lot to me. I added my pic, then removed it, then added it back, then removed....etc until my balls grew big enough to say screw it..what do I have to loose.

It's an interesting decision to post pics or not, but I don't see how a log means that much with no visual evidence. You look a lot better than I do, and I still decided to post pics too!
 
It's strange to me to read through a log for something like a prohormone or some kind of anabolic (not steroid) supp that is supposed to put on slabs of muscle and then just read a workout log with no pictures to show any progress (or lack of progress).

I agree with you. A before and after Pic is priceless and solidifies the product in a good or bad way.

To be honest with you, I won't have made it to where I am at without TRT. TRT literally saved my life as I know it. I pretty much gave up on a lot of what I love to do including working out because I lost desire and motivation. However, I do understand TRT and/or AAS/PH/SARMs alone is not the magic pill. Diet and training will always play a vital role.

And I agree with you. It's a big love fest!

TRT really helped me when I couldnt get the motivation to get to the gym, and when I did workout, had trouble splicing any fat (but as you said, diet is a big part of that too.)
 
Nice squatting! Do you feel less DOMS since starting Dieselade? Seems to be getting me back in the gym more frequently

Right above my knees are slightly tender. No DOMS yet. I have not actually squatted in couple weeks and VERY surprised how good my lower body feels.

To be honest, the spot that the bar rested on hurts more than my lower body.

Prior to dieselade, I would have been hurting after heavy leg day.
 
Yeah if you don't squat routinely it can be painful on the shoulders. It took a long time for me to stop blowing blood vessels occasionally where the bar rested, like 4 years.
 
Last week I squatted every other day and was amazed at the lack of DOMS.......Thank you DIESELADE !!

Wow, blowing blood vessels.... I'd never imagine that would happen, then again the weights that I use is nowhere close to yours.


So I woke up this morning and still NO DOMs. My lower body feels better today then yesterday even though I felt pretty good yesterday considering squatting day before.
 
Yesterday was my first rest day in a while. I have about 1 scoop left, but I am ready to do my final review which will be sometimes this week.
