HRT blast and cruise

Hello all, this is my first post here. I am a 29 year old guy been lifting on and off since high school. Dedicated and serious for the past 3 years. I have been on hormone replacement therapy for the past year and a half due to low testosterone. When I was younger in my early twenties, I used prohormones which I believe resulted in some type of hormonal disruption down the line. Since being on HRT I have used oxandrolone for a 30 day run and recently I have been using epistane while increasing my testosterone dosage to 500mg per week instead of my usual 200mg per week. I will finish the epistane in 4 days and return my testosterone dosage back to 200mg. If I continue eating a surplus of calories and training hard, do you guys think I can maintain my newly acquired strength and mass gains? Or is cycling always a Yo-Yo type thing? Any secrets to maintaining gains? All input is appreciated. Thanks

Yes that's what I think as well. I just hope I don't lose any strength. My bench went from 185 to 225. That was awesome.
I'm 5' 8" 150 pounds and around 10-12% bf

Just up the calories bro :)..How often do you have to get Test checked?

Every 4 months or so I get routine bloodwork like a cbc and liver and kidney function because I told the doc that I use oral steroids sometimes. Other than that, I've had enough hormonal blood work to know that 200mg of test cypionate per week divided into 2 shots of 100mg keeps me in the 800-1000 range of total test. Maybe even slightly higher.

I think my biggest problem is my job. I'm a trashman and not the driver. All day I chase a truck down the road and throw heavy barrels. I'm sure I'm burning all my precious calories :(

Do a rough calculation, find your TDEE.. Then add an extra 500cals and weigh yourself each week, if your loosing too much weight, up it by 100-200 per day until you hit the sweet spot at which your losing/maintaining/bulking at your desired rate.

In addition to weight I track my waist measurement. If the waist is growing then you are adding fat to your body and you may want to cut back a little on the calories.

Honestly the biggest change has to due with nitrogen, glycogen, and water retention associated with AAS. You won't lose actual muscle tissue but you will have a slightly different look

Ok sounds good. Yeah I guess it's probably a mental thing. I feel awesome right now, I don't wanna lose this. Awesome workouts, great pumps, noticeable body composition changes. Say what you will about epistane being mild, but this stuff really rocks! I see why they banned it.
