Cramping 2 to 3 days after T-shot

It happens. Pinned my delt for the first time two days ago, yesterday was fine but today I'm sore as hell. Went ahead and pinned my other delt anyway lol.
Best option is to massage it out, also try to work the muscle you're pinning the day of or the day after injection. So if you do glutes only or glutes and quads, do your leg day sometime shortly after you do your shot. Like later that day or the next day.
You can also put a hot pad on the injection site to help the oil dissipate more quickly.

You're talking about soreness. He said cramping. Now I'm confused on what he's referring to!

Fair enough, I guess I've never cramped before except from ridiculous pumps after a workout.
 
Yes, pinned yesterday an hit nerve twice in leg, third times a charm, but now cramping today.
Had cramp in calves before which isn't nice, but since taking test e i keep getting cramps in my abs which is much worse, only lying down takes it away and i cant do that in work!
I'm drinking plenty of water so its not that.

interesting. I've never heard about cramping as a side effect. I think you should consult with your doctor that's managing your TRT. keep us updated on your progress.

try increasing your Potassium and vitamin B12. quinine- (Qualaquin) has also been used to help treat this. there are otc like highlands leg cramps- not sure if that stuff works, but might be worth a shot (no pun intended ;o) Cinchona Officinalis 3X HPUS (Quinine)
 
I'm thinking its not the Test but adex, I'm doing .5 every third day, if I do get cramps nowadays it coincides with the adex

I get bad cramps in my calves and abs, and I also drink lots of water. My abs can cramp up during & post workout. My calves cramp badly at night, or sometimes during workout (like when I'm doing GHR's - glute ham raises). I have to take electrolytes pre-workout, which completely gets rid of them. I think my body dumps sodium fast, because I have adrenal issues.

Take a look into products like MST's Athlytes.

Take it from me, this has nothing to do with test shots or arimidex.
 
The only way cramping can be related to arimidex dosing, is if you are seriously crashing your E2 by taking huge doses of arimidex, which I doubt you are doing. I once got bad cramping from high doses of epistane, which crushes estrogen. But I doubt this is related to arimidex.

I have noticed I get cramps sometimes right after I inject or later on during the day. To try and remedy the problem, I drink a gallon of Gatorade, mix Gatorade powder in my protein shakes and when I can remember I eat bananas.

On days I inject I try not to do abs and I only take my orals in the afternoon or evening after my workouts so I don't cramp up.

Granted I am on letro so I am sure that doesn't help but I only get cramps mostly after injecting or taking orals anavar/tren.
