Somewhat similar. I stand and do a slight lean forward, and pull the DBs outside of shoulders, then apply a little force to prevent them from tapping back together. Gets them burning pretty good.

Thanks. The limited rests make it hard to judge what numbers I can use cause I wear down quicker, but the pump is real.
 
Had a dental appt today to consult for wisdom teeth removal. Wife wanted it scheduled a certain day and time because someone has to be there with me. It's scheduled for 12:30 PM. No liquids or solids after 6:30. I have to get up early enough to have coffee to prevent a headache. So, might as well get up at 3 to workout also. Can lay back down by 6:30.

Back hypertrophy day tomorrow.

How many teeth they yanking? I had all 4 of mine out and was driving on a road trip and eating burgers 2 days later. You should be fine, big, strong guy like you.

All 4. I'm not worried about recovery. I'm worried about going all night fasted then not being allowed water in the morning till after surgery: 2pm-ish

Those look like "bent over lateral raises". You just add a "swing" in. Wisdom teeth: pay attention to when they warn you to NOT rub your tongue in the socket where the tooth was. You don't want "dry socket" as it hurts like a beaoch!

You just intentionally admit that you're doing heavy partials instead of a usual shoulder routine where you pretend you are good for the 50s on rear delt fly

They really are nice though, cuz it's hard to get hurt w the short ROM and you feel it
 
Yikes. Do you NEED your wisdom teeth out? Mine are in and the dentist was honest with me and said they'll never cause me any issues so I elected to not get surgery.

One causes pain about once a year and another is pushing into the side of another tooth, also creating an area where food can get stuck. So yeah, they have to go.

When I was a wee young lad like you I was told the same. I guess they continued to move.
 
They do continue to move . The military use to make it mandatory to have them removed before you could be deployable.
