Thank you. Lower weights and higher reps greatly helped my tendons and such to play catch up to my strength.

Another thing that greatly helped reduce/eliminate my golfer elbow was using versa grips pro on pull days. It allowed me to pull heavier without straining my injury.

I am currently using Antaeus Labs Achilles. I have about 1 week left of 2nd bottle. I am not sure if it helped or not, but it was part of the "treatment" that got rid of 95% of my golfer elbow. I was going to not take any joint support to see how I will respond to nothing so that I can determine whether or not I benefited from Achilles.

Is Chiro Joints out yet?

I agree with smith_69, writing a log allows me to be more in tune with my body. I am noticing things that I wouldn't noticed otherwise. This log allows me to go back to analyize my workouts whereas before I would go off memory and I do suffer from some short term memory loss lol.
 
I skipped last nights cardio to eat Korean BBQ. This was my 2nd time. I have no idea what the names of these foods are, but it was good.

Comments: Had a great pump. Today is the 1st time that I've ever experience extreme pump that it kinda interfered with me washing my face afterwards. I had to lean lower to the sink. Did I ever tell you that I am in love with pump sensation? I love how my biceps/triceps stretch my sleeves afterwards.. I love veins and want more vascularity...but I understand that body fat plays a major role in what it hides. I weighed 159.2lbs this morning after pooping!!!

I'll go back to gym in few hours for Accessories Day workout #2 and concentrate on delts and traps. I love it when I workout on the clock....NO I don't feel bad because I am salary not hourly and plenty of times I've worked over 60hrs in a week.
 
I got some Tadalafil (Cialis) that should arrive tomorrow. I got it from my TRT doc which will come from a compound pharmacy. I think I got a great deal. I paid $12 for 80mg troche. I plan on splitting into 8 pieces so I can take 5mg daily. I am so happy with my trt doc. I asked if I could switch from adex to aromasin because my last cholesterol test showed much lower good cholesterol and she said "sure".... I went to bartells to pick up but my insurance wanted mail order ONLY so I printed out coupon on aromasin website, but it requires 30 tabs for 30 day supply so I called her back and guess what? She changed script to 30 25mg tabs. That should last me a long time. I pick it up in a little bit, but I am hoping to only pay $4 for it (w/ coupon card). Once I pick that up, I will have everything for my bbbblasssstttt which will I plan on starting after next bloods.

Ummm...protein pretzel sticks were not so good. Super crunchy, but had to wash it down with milk...which wasn't too bad. It would be good to slightly smash and sprinkle on greek yogurt or cereal.

I got some Kachi organic strawberry wheat cereal.....and 2 lbs of hot chx sausage last night at the store post workout . Haha

Maybe I'm just a cheapskate, but the cost alone of prepackaged food will dissuade you if you ever decided to get up to 200+. That's what I was thinking about. But yeah mo processed usually means mo problems

Good to know. My goal is to get to 180-190. That's a lot if muscles for being on 5'7".

When my buddy who's 5'7" gets up to 180 w his abs still showing, he looks straight diesel! That's a big weight at 5'7" if you can keep it lean.
 
I'm 5'5" at 196lbs this morning, and my abs are visible but not poping at 180 they really pop !!

Yeah im 5'7 and competed in NPC at 183lbs. If I was to cut now I prob would be about 210lbs w 7% BF

Ur Diesel Kempo. Just Diesel like us in 12th grade. Nah. I rem i went to basic training at 129lbs at 19 yrs old. I was the size of Capt America b4 the experiment. 160 i was a nice nice.

Lol! In 2005 I was a thin 135 lbs! As a student of Kenpo Karate I could almost fly through the air! I need either the Captain America serum or a " Caution, Diesel AF" shirt! Lol!!

Thats my goal... to get to 180-185ish while maintaining at least same body fat as now, but my ultimate goal is 180-185ish full defined abs so that will require <10%bf.

How much is his PR for 3 major lifts (bench, deadlift & squat)?

183 is a good weight for 5'7" provided that you are lean which you had to be to compete. Damn, 5'7" @ 210lbs w/ 7%BF would be a monster!!!!

I do believe it works great for cardio, I used it yesterday for fasted cardio and I felt like I could just keep going... I was like the DIESELADE Bunny

For me it works for like non super intense cardio. Like I cant take 2 months of the stair climber then all of sudden crank out 20min on level 9 bc Dieselade. But on seated bike I dnt get that "fck this im gone" feeling after 20min and I can easily go up 4 more levels....if i have some left bc i guzzel the entire 20oz mixture first 10min of workout. Trying this 60oz jug today. Gonna do 1.5 scoops intra.

Comments: I decided to try 1.5 sccops just to see if I notice any difference. I doubt I will other than maybe placebo effect...which is fine with me. To be honest, you can call it what you want but all that matters to me is if "I feel I am benefiting from it". I do noticed that my body feels little tender in certain areas and I have little DOMs. Prior to DIESELADE, I would constantly be in slight state of minor DOMs...just enough to know that I worked out, but not enough to negatively effect me.

Oh man....Went to bartells to pick up aromasin and was told over $500 for 30 tabs. Ouch, too much money for me. My wife would kill me. So much for discount card saying "as low as $4.00".

So its mail order route I go as its covered by my insurance but will cost me $50ish for 90 day supply (8 tabs a month is what my rx is for). I could get elsewhere, but I will ONLY use PHARMA AI. Sure I can get pharma AI "elsewhere", but it can still be counterfeit even though it will come in blister packs from "manufacture". I still have everything I need for my blast and MANY FUTURE BLAST, but will have to use adex.
