Great day felt heavy today first set of 425 was ruff, came forward a few times on some sets but dialed it in. Never would have thought 425×10 was possible from me almost blew an eye out i think.
Deadlift worked up to a decent trip could have done a couple more but my 3rd got away from me a bit. For the down sets me and 2 other guys switch out immediately when finishing our set so it was quick as hell. Bounced 385 a touch I don't think it's as big a deal as they make it to be not like it helps a great deal
Then some light assistance work pretty much my whole lower body was shot at that point
