Hello, looking for the opportunity to log. Have not logged before but am no stranger to supps. My bodybuilding coach actually recommened this supp and stack with nocturnus before bed. But either way putting an app.

26 years old, been lifting since I was 16 was on and off thru college with work and school and what not. Out of college needed to get back into a strict diet and training regimen. But with my team for a little over a year and made great progress. First thought of maybe PH's but wanna steer clear and stay natty especially when I don't know enough about PH's anyway. Training is 5-6 days a week intense and hardcore, strict diet on carb backloading, sunday nights usually my cheat meal some pizza and ice cream.
