I noticed from recent blood panels my free testosterone is at normal levels a day after injection, and below normal the day of. Any way to keep it consistent throughout the week, or is this just normal with trt?

Total test is ok before injection, in the 600's, but free test is single digits before injection

Free test is not an accurate test. I am actually looking into buying a Mass spectrometer and free testosterone if the machine is not calibrated right it can be produce in accurate information

Not sure if it can be found anymore. However, I've been using a product called Formeron by Black Lion Research that is a topical AI and known to help with free T. My free T has been at the high level of the normal range (over a tad once or so) for the last two years.

I use a whole new approach to estrogen modulation I learned from one of world's top hormone doctor in Beverly hills i work with on cases. its non pharmaceutical based.

There is also soon to be released liposomal chyrsin which will also be control estrogen with out AI
Its actually pretty cool to finally reach the medical inner circle after all these years.
I have also been checking estrone sulfate with doctors which very few check

What's the whole new approach you learned from the Beverly Hills doc?

Its a old approach which got buried in vaults of pubmed 3 deoxsyl dhea

I have been using genetic to help provide guide post on which is the most effective mechanism for controlling estrogens for past several years.

The idea of using shots and is impact on HPTA is so over looked vs gels.
Doctors have been going after it directly, and have lost site of dealing with it indirectly.
Right now i am looking for ways to prevent cell membrane destabilization in chronic disease and cancers. i think there is a link to why we are also dealing with all these estrogen issues which were not present 10-15 years ago. One may not be able to remove all variables, but by findings mechanism being altered and then ways to reset homeostatis then that is the key. One of the biggest culprits is aldehydes, I am finding..
