Lol yikes yeah unless you blast and cruise it's best to take adequate time off. Fortunately with PH cycles being shorter, your time off is shorter as well.

Good call the last thing you want is to be back out there. Triggers can be everywhere people places things sounds smells sites anything used to F me up bad but it's good to get over it move on. That's when you become a real man when you're able to put the sheet down and live a good normal life but congrats on the sobriety.

Thx hulk I struggled since I was 16 with hard drugs been clean off alcohol and everything else for 7 months feels good
 
Day 10: Barely got any meals in today, so weight is about the same, was gone most of the day so I hit the gym late and got a bad workout...
 
Day 11: Trained back and biceps, pumps were pretty good as well as vascularity...Arms measured 14.75 without a pump and the lowest weight today has been 173 pounds, so the compounds seem to be taking more effect...I forgot to take my taurine prior to lifting and suffered mild back pumps, I also had bad joints today

Day 12: Weighed 174.5 in the morning, was gone until 3:30'ish...Weighed 172.5 when I got back, which made me pretty upset, then I hit chest at the gym, felt good until I got there...Barely got 225 on bench for 3 reps today and got stuck with 245, I plan on going back tonight after I eat more and hopefully get a good workout in
 
Day 13: Attempted to hit back, but felt like complete ****...Left early due to this and plan on taking tomorrow off...I'm not sure if the compounds are causing this or if it's just because I haven't taken a rest day in so long, hopefully i feel better soon

Mate, slow down! Your obviously a hard gainer going by your weight/metabolism.
With the cycle your on, there's no reason why you won't add 10-14lbs of body weight in 4 weeks.
Train each body part once a week then rest & recuperate and eat as much food as you can, ideally good food i.e. Chicken,tuna , turkey ,eggs , rice and pasta etc + at least 2 lts of water.
And then you will metamorphosis.

Dude you still need to rest. If you're regressing and not focusing or able to maintain progressive resistance there is an issue. Clearly you aren't recovered when hitting the gym whether it be physically or mentally. Both need to be intact and ready for war
