Honestly both have their place as a TRT adjunct -that's where I see the biggest benefit for both. Some dhea and preg exogenously to compliment the test and the nettle to lower shbg to get more bang for your androgen dose.

It's true! This would be a great addition to TRT - lots of positive benefits for little if any negatives to speak of.
