I've previously tried this fat burner as a pre and totally loved it. It brings great focus, but a bit less energy. It did increase strength for me. On heavy days I used lean efx or mesomorph with dmaa.

So what does Lean EFX contain?

Serving size: 1 capsule
Servings per Container: 45
Next Gen EFX 375mg (Proprietary Blend): 1,37-trimethylxanthine, Cassia Nomame (plant), Taraxacum (leaves), Green Tea Extract (leaves), Bearberry (leaves), Niacin (RDA-100%).
Thermo EFX 240mg (Proprietary Blend): 1,3 Dimethylamylamine, Thiamine Disulfide, Phyllanthus emblica (fruit), Bitter Orange (fruit).
NeuroTherapy EFX 90mg (Proprietary Blend): 5-Hydroxytryptophan, N-Acetyl Tyrosine, Panax Ginseng 80% (stem & leaves).


I've combined it with different stim-free sups with great success. Although instructions say to take it upon waking, I usually (but not from today) took it at around 5 PM pwo with zero crash.

Today I took 1 cap 30 minutes before breakfast. Energy & focus were great, but I didn't feel appetite suppression. Usually nothing suppresses my appetite.

Day 3


Missed gym today. Wanted to take 1 cap pre, so I didn't take it in the morning and took it at around 3 pm.
Increased energy & focus, but again no appetite suppression. I think it even increased :D
Going to gym tomorrow morning, let's see what I'll do there :)

Day 7


Today was a stim heavy day. Took 1 serving of lean efx in the morning with a cup of cappuccino - energy was awesome (should have visited my gym :D). Added a can of RB in the afternoon :D
Metabolism seems increased pretty much - always thirsty, drink about 1.5 gallons of water, sweating is increased during my workout, have better energy and focus (helps much with studying), but didn't notice any changes in weight or physique.

Hopefully you'll start seeing some changes in the mirror and on the scale soon. It's a good sign that you're sweating more, etc. Sometimes it will take a bit to get the fat loss moving.
 
Day 9


Didn't sleep last night well so whole day was lacking energy. Even lean efx didn't blow my mind - just had a bad day :| Going to gym tomorrow (probably will have a morning workout) and will use lean efx as a pre-workout. BTW is dmaa amount in it a secret? :D Just interesting if 2 caps (1 in the morning, 2nd in the evening before workout) will be an overkill :D

Day 11


Today was my day-off. Took 1 capsule on an empty stomach with a cup of coffee and boom :D Energy levels were above high. I was motivated, great focus and energy. Did notice an appetite suppression (for the first time). Weight changed slightly (1.2 lb). Lean efx makes me thirsty all the time :D

Weight down 1.2 is good. Being thirsty may have to do with the energy levels being increased and your body wanting more water. Good results for only 11 days
 
Day 14


Didn't go to gym today. Tomorrow having an exam in neurology so had to prepare whole day. Energy & focus were great. Actually lean efx works great as a focusing agent, helps much with learning :D
Didn't weight myself today. BTW forgot to mention, that I've never had any crashes with this supp.

Cool thing is that I didn't change my diet, but definitely feel increased metabolism.
 
Day 16


Another day, another capsule. I'm getting ready for my upcoming quiz and lean efx helps me much. Focus on my med books is great, glad it's not overstimmed so I can take it comfortably. As for weight, I don't have scales at home and forgot to measure my weight yesterday :D

Day 20

Finally all exams, quizzes, everything is over, winter holidays begin for me :D Now I can better focus on my training and diet.
Today hit back/biceps and made a new PR in deadlifting - 400 lbs. Weight is 3.4 lb down in comparison to my weight before logging this.Strength is improved. Did a morning workout so used 1 capsule of lean efx with a scoop of pump-hd - epic workout.

Day 22

Hit chest/triceps/legs today. Used lean efx as a pre. I think I need a stim break. Did feel it, but energy was less. Sweating was strong as always. Weight didn't change much, but I think I'm looking a bit more shredded.

Day 25

Did shoulders & abs at home.

Rest - 25 sec and I sweat a lot :D Lean efx makes me sweat extremely.
As for weight, today was 200lb. Before starting this log, I was 205 lb

Day 27

Did chest/tricep[s/legs today. Added pushups till failure. Had an evening workout so used pre workout supp today. Total caffeine intake today was at around 500-600mg. Felt OK, no palpitations and awesome workout. I hit a new PR in sweating :D Weight was the same.

Day 29

Today was my rest day. Trained my rest muscles (gluteus :D). Weight was the same.
Lean efx increased my caffeine tolerance, will definitely need a long stim break :D

Today my weight was around 199lb (another lb down). Energy & focus are about 1/2 of initial effects, but still enough to have a great workout.
Today did shoulders at home and looked a bit shredded in the mirror. BTW 2 days ago did 200 lb ez curls 2 reps (cleaner). Hope to hit 190lb strict these months :D

Day 36

Hit the gym yesterday and had a killer workout. Low weights, high intensity. I still feel lean efx :D Did back/biceps with the same program, but used dropsets as my finishers. Awesome workout

Day 39

Did chest/triceps today. Workout was great. Took lean efx in the morning and used 1/2 scoop of cannibal ferox in the evening as a pre - great combo for energy. Did everything low weights till failure and used pushups as my finishers.

Day 43

1 cap left :( Measured my weight today - 197 lb. As I've noted, I didn't change my diet or workout plan, but lean efx was enough to get rid of those extra 8 lbs (if I remember it correctly :D) Anyway, did arms today and used 1 cap of lean efx + pump-hd + citrulline and had amazing workout. Pumps were strong and looked pretty swole.

This is the end of my log. I want to thank all formutech reps for following and supporting this journey. Till this moment I thought the best fat burner was level 2 from formutech (loved that), but lean efx impressed me even more. Level 2 didn't give me explosive energy or focus, but helped me lose weight very well. Lean efx was a stim bomb.
Anyway I went down to 197.5 lb (from 205) and strength remained. (I even hit new PRs). So big thanks for following my log and of course for letting me try DMAA :D
