Gyno

Hey guys quick question. What's popular to use to help reduce gyno? I suspect I have a case of it, but it's also not tender, and it feels separate from my chest if that makes sense. I have some formabolic and nolva on hand. Should I pick up something else?

Ralox and exemestane would be my first choice.

Thanks man, will order soon. Is the exemestane necessary ?

Yes. Ralox simply blocks the receptors in your breast tissue. This "starves" the gyno but does nothing for your level of circulating estrogen. Exemestane will actually inhibit aromatase permanently and lower estrogen so you don't get rebound when you discontinue the ralox. This is also why we run an ai past our serm in pct and gyno protocols.

Block the estrogen. Nolvadex. I had a small lump and was about to sign up for surgery until my doc prescribed nolvadex and several months later it's completely gone.
