Reduce xt

What's up guys, I was getting ready to purchase this supplement for cortisol support, because I feel I am over trained. I was going to take this eat at maintenance and rest for a while, as I feel this is the reason I can't see me abs.

I think high cortisol is causing water retention or fat storage. So I'm going to rest for a while and come back.

I wanted to know has anyone used this product? and what did you get from it?

Reduce is a staple for me, especially in pct or fat loss phases. I tend to hold weight (stubborn fat) towards the end of cutting cycles and this seems to help get me over that hump (which sounds like exactly where you are).

The other things that you've said though raise some other questions. About your normal diet and training... What do these look like? Why do you think you're "overtrained"? (This is actually pretty hard to do for us average gym guys that aren't competitive athletes or bodybuilders).

Well I don't think I'm that over trained, but I think a month off is a serious need. I was going all in, and not hitting the calorie requirements. I got a lot of snap action going, and my sleep has been way off. I'll go to sleep then wake up in about a hour or two and it takes a little while for me to go back to sleep.

So I feel getting some good eating in, getting some good sleep in, will give me what I'm looking for. I was just going to give weight training a little break. What you think?

Well, what's your training program look like? What kind of calories are you eating vs what is your maintenance level? Is your goal mainly fat loss?

There's a lot to think about when making a decision on how to proceed. If you give me some info I can help you work out a solid plan and you can go from there. Obviously there's some supps that can help too but diet/training/life will come first and have much more of an impact so let's start there and look at supps to do just that, supplement the rest ;)

Unless your training is extremely hard or you have a specific impetus for elevated cortisol that comes to mind I'm not confident reduce xt will give you much of an effect here.

The trouble sleeping seems like its probably your primary problem, and for that I would recommend a good sleep/recovery supplement like growth support xt.

Beyond that, you said you've had trouble hitting your calorie numbers? As in total calories? Macros? Having your diet on point is also a big deal.

Really both of those things are a bigger deal than anything to do with supplements.

This is staple supplement for me! I usually use it during pct but you don't have to. Its an all around quality supp.

Id say use it because it sounds like you basically have a physical/mental unbalance with the gym meaning your strength may just not be there as equal as it is in your head, know what im saying? Once you convince yourself something and believe it, it becomes true. If you convinced yourself your overtraining and you know this isn't your 100 %, take a break, change up something. If not, you may injure yourself or set your self back some other way. Its all mental as it is physical, its a marathon not a sprint so give your body a break to come back even stronger

3 caps, spread through the day. Try to avoid dosing. Immediately pre or post workout.

Ok cool... What's the reasoning to avoid workout time?

Exercise will spike cortisol but you want that to some extent at this time

Somewhat. You won't "feel" anything, but usually things like reduced bloating, improved mood, libido, and increased or improved fat loss are some potential signs. You may see some or all of them.

I’m sure on the write up it suggests 30-60 mins before a workout as a time to dose it? Unless this has changed? I thought it was to blunt exercise induced cortisol spike

Never used it before but looking at it. Have you used it before and how’s the run going?

Thanks
Actually my first time using it. My go to was AMMO from evomuse but he’s out of stock.

It’s going good. I like it a lot. Stacking it with ARA. amazing cut/ recomp combo

Nice! Sounds good. How’s the stack set up? Just those two? I like the idea of them both together

I personally wouldn’t be concerned about exercise induced cortisol release. Not a bad thing. I’d be more concerned about elevated cortisol throughout the day

Definitely get it.

I was looking at 5-AT. Have you used reduce XT alone? and what about 5-AT?

Just curious on what the 5-AT adds/offers as I’ve just started Reduce XT

Thanks

Reading Anabolic Xtreme use to have product called retain, is this similar active to that? As I read oral bioavailability of b-triol is bad but there is a version with enhanced bioavailability which I think is 17b-triol... but really just not sure about it all.

5-AT is the same as b-AET - what we use in Invictus
