Recomp, I seek advice!

In 1 month starting a diet recomp.

TDEE about 2600 calories

75kg Weight
high 176cm

so composed:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
calorie deficit of 20%, about 1900 calories.

Thursday, Friday
starting Thursday night, charge of carbs, until Friday night, total calories (Thursday) Friday, about 6000 calories.

Saturday
2500 calories

Sunday
2400 calories

and then again…

all this, for 4-6 weeks.

Practice,
Monday and Tuesday
fullbody training,
high reps, for depletare, emptying the muscle, glycogen.

Thursday and Saturday
fullbody training
low reps, heavy load,
I have muscles saturates glycogen muscle, so I will be stronger.

total 4 week at work.

What kind of integration recommended in various periods weekly?
