I'm a big fan of all proteins ha...

Fish is great and you can switch between fattier salmon and such as well as very lean tilapia etc.

As for game meats, I'm a huuugggeeee fan. Venison is my jam. I've basically lived on nothing but that for months at a time. So lean, usually higher protein, so flavorful, and when hunted and butchered yourself it's as cheap as a bullet or arrow ha. Can't be beat.
 
and when you want to splurge...duck breast stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped with bacon is fantastic!!! I am trying duck hunting with a bow this year!!!

venison chili is delicious, nutritious and low fat!!! got a 145 lb'er last year!!!

Ive never had stuffed duck like that . How ever i had duck and its really good . Still haven't had racoon or squirrel yet . I personally cant own a gun in MA but i can have a 200lbs compound bow with 8 sides razor tips . I wish i knew how to gut a deer . My dad used to gut them . I have no idea how to . I can shoot them with a bow im sure . Turkey shoots were also fun as a kid .... damn makes me think back to 88 89 ....

Its definitely new i used to consume on average 3500 to 4500 cals a day now iam shooting for 1800 to 2000 . Hopefully see a big change in the first month.

I would ease into that big of a calorie cut or you'll likely jack up your metabolism & hormones man.

A 50% sudden drop in cals is a recipe for disaster imo.

Truth , im also on pct .... that could screw me up i assume. Im on clomid 50mgs for 90 days . I got 80 days left . Im hoping to add in some low impact steady state at some point.

Is your doc monitoring your liver values while you're doing this? Clomid is slightly liver toxic is it not?

I believe that it is . But im using tudca and nac not that that makes it ok . Ill have to ask for a blood test . I was going to get one in 10 days marking 22 days on . Just to see if i improved from my og scores of 46 ng dl of test 0 est . Hopefully this pct gets me back to normal.

squirrel is really good. dont eat racoon they arent made for eating lol.

Its really easy... you basically just cut from the bottom up (only go skin deep so you dont cut organs open), open it up, and then start pulling haha. Not much of a science.

Just like cutting a fish same thing I do. I'll have to get the equipment together and find somebody to go with and set a week for next year really interesting to me how it is all done.
 
Goose is a lil too greasy for me. Moose for burgers, Deer and Elk grilling just my preference. A great benefit on living up in Canada everyone seems to hunt or at least where i'm from. Always turning down hunts, cause i don't want to spend days in the bush missing workouts lol. Only way I'm hunting is in a truck, way nicer;)

Weren't you on a huge dose of tr3st before your bloodwork? How was your estrogen 0? Is methyl estrogen not medically measurable? I'm not saying that wasn't your measurement, i do believe you. I was just wondering how after using a compound that is said to heavily aromatize that your estrogen is 0. Is that methyl estrogen isn't measurable? Or is it that Tr3st doesn't actually aromatize and its symptoms, side effects, and joint lubrication from progesterogenic activity like deca and tren(minus the joints with tren) or increased prolactin like with tren? Maybe it left your system by the time you took the blood work, as tr3st does have a short half life, especially orally like you did? Although i don't think estrogen has a short half, i also would think methyl estrogen would be even longer? I am by no means an expert with this but i think its the possible progesterone activity/prolactin. My reason is i find it hard that methyl estrogen isnt measurable with a standard medical hormonal profile. Maybe some smarter people can chime in?

I was using exemstane at 25 mgs ed fir 8 wks ill be pulling new bloods soon . Estrogen has most likely returned to normal. I stopped trest in end of nov. I think the hefty does of exemstane really ravaged me i had ed depression and some other issues before i started clomid.

I used to go bail hay at my uncle's farm in summer...he had over a hundred acres he left for hunting. he would give me 5 22cal bullets and if I used one I better get something with it, the rule was you shoot it-you eat it...I shot a raccoon once and took it to my grandmothers to cook...needless to say that was the only time I ever shot a raccoon!!! it was down right awful!!!

Wow T that's crazy . I never thought coon would be so different than quail or pheasant. I must say i felt the same way about eating snails!

I've never tried snail...when I lived in the philipines I tried seaweed, and it was delicious. I think tilapia is same as philipine milk fish, old women used to carry it around on their heads selling it. my g/f would put it on charcoal grill and cook it whole-with guts out of course, it was a delicacy to eat the eyes!!! rice 3xday and lots of fish, I've never been so healthy as I was then.

^^^ thats 1 of my favs on YouTube. I used that when burning oils and powders for healing. I'm new to the burning but i like ut so far its enlightening.

Squirrel and rabbit are both great! Rabbit STINKS though ha. its much darker and greasier than most game meats.
 
Ok so for todays little rendezvous with reality. Kickboxing drills steady until i cant no more. Some light weight abs and stretching. I need to gauge this lean efx and see just how strong it is .
 
Discussion of the day . Is an hour a day of kickboxing drills sufficient for fat loss? I also walk a mile in the morning no matter the weather.

When i was at SERE school in the military i snared a rabbit. They told me everything on the rabbit but some of the guts was edible...so i sucked the eyeball out of its head to make a chick pilot throw up. She did when i bit down on it it popped and squirted eye juice out

Seriously, you should be doing very little at the beginning since its just not needed.

I noticed a huge drop in energy already. I need clean fat free energy sources

If energy dropped, extra reason to not put yourself through grueling cardio,

Do it to keep in shape, I wouldn't overdo it as a weight loss tool until everything else fails you first

You should narrow down that cal range to 100 or so... 500 is too many. thats 1lb a week
