Donald Trump running for president

Let's discuss the part of his plan regarding NFA applications skyrocketing due to people using an NFA Trust. He claims people are skirting background checks to buy "the most dangerous guns ever made". What he fails to state is many of the those thousands of NFA applications aren't people buying $30,000 full auto guns that haven't been produced since 1986. The vast majority of those are for sound suppressors, which don't make a firearm any more dangerous than one without it. There is a bill proposal called the Safe Hearing Act, I believe, that is to remove sound suppressors from the NFA registration requirements and make them classified the same as a standard firearm. The other things being obtained under NFA status are people registering Short Barreled Rifles, which again doesn't make a rifle anymore dangerous than one with a long barrel.

But Obama wants you to think people are out buying full auto machine guns like crazy, which simply isn't true.

No, nothing will completely wipe it out. But what is the middle ground? What is the compromise?

The percentage of deaths is relatively small especially if you take out gang related crime for a country of 300,000,000 people.

To make a positive impact on deaths we need to severely reduce gun regulation that primarily effects good people from owning guns as well as carry on.

Quick add, we need to also severely reduce the "gun free zone" I mean why cant teachers at schools, or even our own military and bases and recruiting stations have the weapon of their choice?

Ending the war on drugs, providing the people with a real currency with a gold and silver standard, stabilizing the economy, overlooking on how we medicate the population are just several more ways to reduce gun related deaths.

Far safer than driving cars, they should do background checks on driving. Ban seniors and vets and the country will be a safer place.

Add a whole twist to this, you have the Obama administration that has been caught smuggling masses of assault weapons to Mexico, got caught arming Isis and Al-queda, and now openly arms al-queda and you want these terrorists in Washington to tell us we are bad for sticking up for our 2nd amendment?
 
Let's talk smart gun technology. Obama wants to support researchin smart gun technology. Problem is it doesn't work. Giving money to companies Wil be just like the money laundering that Solyndra did by going belly up after reading eiving hundreds of millions of dollars. The federal government will NEVER purchase and issue smart guns for any of their agents. So to push a requirement onto the public and firearm manufacturers is just another piece to his charade.

I think he wants the push to be for gps tracking on all arms which increases the police surveliance state and allows for easier gun confiscation.

He was comparing gps technology on guns to losing his tablet, lmfao!

Obama need to be arrested right away for violation of oath of office, abusive executive powers, treason, corruption and war crimes.

There in no excuse not to do this right now.
 
I highly doubt it too or at least anytime soon, they first need to regulate firearms as much as they can to trying anything.

Well they have already done so. They did it during Katrina, they went door to door in nice neighborhoods and collected the guns by force from good people who wanted to defend their turf. This is just one example.

All they need to do is declare a state of emergency and your right to defend is going to be taken from you by force and at by federal gunpoint. They will kick your azz. When they solidify the registry through more expansive background checks it will simplify the process.

Just to add, they are also training military and federal agents in door to door gun confiscation here in the states for domestic purposes.

One of the problems is dealing with who decides if your are "mentally incompetent" or not. And what is their definition of mentally incompetent. Go back to obamacare, and the doctors that started asking patients if you owned guns. Now a doctor can report you as unstable to the FBI with no recourse. Brandon Raub was kidnapped after some Facebook posts and held for says with ZERO CHARGES ever filed. As another part of this, if a veteran or physically disabled person has a fiduciary to handle their finances because it's just a pain in the ass due to physical injuries, say a couple missing legs, the VA declares them mentally incompetent. Which now gets imported over to the NCIS and a citizen can now be denied their right to purchase a firearm. In Cali, the new law says anyone can report a family member that you "think" is unstable and has guns, and the police are required to come confiscate your guns. Remember the due process of facing your accusers? Gone.

That's just a single part of the problem with his whole charade.

don't forget medical pot, states recognize it as legal but the feds do not....someone on legal pot would be classified as a drug abuser by the feds!!!

What is their reasoning for collecting firearms during a state of emergency? To ensure looting happens?

That was local law enforcement (i.e. municipal), not federal. Not saying it's right, but it's interesting that people talk about state's rights and then complain about things like this.

It is very interesting that a police superintendent had the power to command National Guard troops to confiscate weapons, though!
 
However, shortly thereafter the Disaster Recovery Personal Protection Act of 2006 was passed. It prohibits seizure of weapons during emergencies. This is after LA and 21 other states passed laws about the same thing.

Yea I remember reading about those things happening. Regulations will just ensure there are less guns to worry about all around when the time comes. Also what happened in Katrina shows how easily the government can take away our guns in a state of emergency with a military presents.

Local police are all being federalized and overridden/taking orders from Feds. Getting more hardcore with time.

During a crisis none of that matters. All state governors and laws will be overridden by 10 fusion centers covering the 50 states run by unelected appointees overriding and suspending all local, state, and constitutional law.

We don't need theories. Look up things such as Obama's executive order National Defense Preparadness act and you will see how they can kick your door down steal your fresh water and force you to labor. This IS law.

If you want a job at a domestic concentration camp you can go directly to the Army website and apply.

I'm on a phone so I'm very limited with my posting but if you think laws are conspiracies then this isn't the place for you.

State law that shows how vague language and definition of mentally unstable, can and WILL be used to confiscate your legally owned guns. There is plain language saying someone on SSI benefits can and will be considered mentally incompetent just because the have a fiduciary handling their finances, regardless if it's due to a physical injury or limitation.

Google Brandon Raub, he was kidnapped from his home by FEDERAL and local agents and held captive for days in a VA facility with ZERO CHARGES filed, pressed or implied against him. A judge ordered him released and was never charged or accused of a crime since then.

Well laws and government itself are a conspiracy by definition, the common misconception is that laws and government are to protect us. Its the theories that the general population laugh even thought they take everything for face value.

I don't think so, for the most part. Some support the lesser of evils. I like some things he says but this is just an interesting time in America.

Do you support the 2nd amendment?
