Far as I see it, there's no reason to be worried, or mad, unless you've got a history to worry about, or shouldn't be owning guns to begin with.

First off, he didn't pass any laws. Thats the first wrong assumption. Secondly, how a federal background check is done isn't going to change. So no I'm not mad about a background check. I won't refute any of the specific points in his "request for action" since you don't know enough about what is already law regarding buying firearms.

I guarantee the almost entirety of Chicago shootings are committed by people that didn't buy their guns legally, along with many others who committed "gun violence". So how exactly are these "expanded background checks" that King Obama passed going to stem the gun violence in Chicago?
