Pro Hormone or Equivalent after Surgery?

This will be my first cycle. I'm 28, been training for about 3 years. Started at 163 lbs, my heaviest was 220, right now I'm 197.

I'm looking for a mild PH or something that will give me similar results to help me gain a few extra pounds during this bulk. I had surgery to remove pubertal gyno in June 2014, so I'm looking for something that isn't going to bring it back, I had gland removal and lipo. I've done lots of research but can't decide what to try or if I should. I started searching before the 2014 ban so I'm not sure what all is still available too.

What would yall recommend I try or skip it all together?

Have you ran anything before?

There are good natty products out (epi, ara, pa, Abe) but there are some milder prohormones out as well. You just have to decide which route you ultimately want to take.

Some of the most mild will be 1-Andro products (super mandro being the best price per serving) combined with either 4-Andro and or epiandro products.

There is always a risk of a variety of sides when messing with hormones but 1&4-Andro will be minimal if any at all. You also need a serm.

If you want to read up on 1-Andro products.

Epistane is a great first, it has anti-estrogenic properties, so while on cycle chances of gyno should be pretty minimalistic. Downside of this compound is that you can get rebound gyno, so having aromasin on hand to use asap if your nips feel wrong is smart. Triumphalis would also be a great choice, does not aromatize, similar to epistane but not really notorious for the rebound. Any compound you run will put you at risk of side effects, all sorts. An all-in-one cycle support is optimal but you should definitely have aromasin or a similar ai on hand incase. Serm pct is a must imo also

If you got your glands removed you literally can't get gyno anymore even if your estrogen is sky high.

Some people apparently get it back doe, chitty surgeons i guess lmao

Interesting, haven't heard about that. Doesn't make sense considering you don't have a gland to enlarge anymore, which is what gyno is haha. But who knows.

I'm just going off what I think I recall hearing, but maybe I misheard lol, really doesn't make sense to me either if the gland is removed

Thank you!!..You will not get gyno if your glands were removed.Run whatever you want man :)

On a side note if you don't mind me asking, op how much did it take you to remove it? I have pubertal gyno too. And I'm a student so I ain't got much to act on it now.

Would it be a good idea to take something like Nolva both during cycle and PCT to prevent any chance of gyno showing up?

You could do that, also exemestane or anastrazole are both potent aromatase inhibitors, exemestane being the better choice as it's a suicidal AI, which means there is no chance of rebound from it.

Thanks for all the info. I'm gonna look into everything and see whats best for me. I've thought about trying ABE before, although I have found a couple reports of people getting gyno like symptoms which seems odd.

Looks like epistane was banned with the PH ban in 2014, and so far I haven't found Triumphalis

Like many of these guys have mentioned, your chances of getting gyno are now drastically reduced. However, anything that alters hormone levels in the body has an inherent risk of causing unwanted side effects. Hence, the reason some people seem to get uncommon sides from ingredients or products that don't commonly give those types of side effects. The key with anything hormonal is to have a solid grasp of it's mechanism of action well before starting and to be prepared with the right level of protection/prevention.

Thanks, that's why I'm doing all the research I can. I just started reading about Methyldiazirinol, which products like Triumphalis use. So far I haven't read about any bad sides, but I just started.

Overall, it is reported to be very mild on sides for most users. I suggest trying a natty anabolic first, then maybe a SARM or 1/4 andro combo before jumping into methylated designers. This would give you a chance to experience some safer products first to get your feet wet and maximize your newbie gains. Follidrone((-)-Epicatechin), X-Gels(ARA), and ABE are all good natty anabolics to start with.

Cool thanks, I will look into those. With any of them will I need a PCT or anything?
