AI to run year round?

I run test Year round and never more than 500mg, Now I don't like pharma AI's as they crush E but always have them on hand incase problems arise. I wouldent mind running something that just reduces E a little that can be run along side the Test year round, One of things that worrys me is Some of the products Im looking at reduce Cortisol and I cant run those year round or can I? Inhibit E, Erase + .........

Any suggestions for Products or single ingredients?
 
I'd look at Letrone by Black Lion Research, I've never used it myself but is apparently a pretty good OTC AI. It's on sale right now at Nutriverse for 20% off
 
Our inhibit E has had pretty decent feedback, and bloodwork showing it lowers estrogen wothout crushing at the recommended dose.

I bought a bunch when they were $15 for a months supply - I doubt youll find a better anti E for cheaper than that.

I'm going to try your guys Inhibit-E in the very near future. On my very short list to try.
 
I used Get Diesel E2-X, thought it worked great as an Ai. Read some reviews of people using it on trt? Can only say for me worked. Dropped water, harder physique..... ai signs.

^^^x2 for what these gents mentioned. Letrone is very effective for an OTC AI. It also has numerous other anabolic benefits that seem to get better the longer it is run: increased T3,T4, cAMP, IGF-1, GH, and grehlin secretion.

Have you tried Aromasin though? 12.5mg daily?


Usually OTC AIs are coupled with other ingredients.. not sure if I would run them year round.

You could even do 12.5mg EOD or E3D. My friend who runs test year round and blasts with other compounds and chit only doses aromasin twice a week, on the days he injects. I think he does 25mg though, but still that's only 2mL or 2 tabs a week. Pretty cost effective if your body responds well to AIs.
 
criticalbench = Aromasin is to strong at 12.5mg ED for myself.

BamBam0319 = Twice a Week could be a option Yeah, Your right it would be cost effective also and I have plenty on Hand.

Jebrook/BamBam0319/ JPSwole = From the reports this is stong and seems to have a great effect on AI, Would a lower dosage work as I said I dont want to drop E to low as I believe its a required tool also.

Jiigzz = inhibit E is selling for just over 10 of her Majesty's notes and thats a a great deal, Only worry is the cortisol lowering effect for me but I like that it lowers without crushing.
 
Volvo140G = Missed the post sorry, Yeah Seen this. Its a great deal! I normally buy from NV, If I can wait the 2 weeks (normaly) Its actually cheaper to order from the states including packaging.

I actually ended up grabbing some letrone, I may get some inhibit-E to compare. Haven't used inhibit e since before they changed the formula
 
Letrone would be my first choice, I used it off and on cycles anywhere from a cap to 3 caps a day and it worked wonders, never had any issues or sides from it, almost felt better mentally taking it, I used to trust in arimistane but ive been seeing a lot of blood work where it didn't do squat and I seen letrone even at 1-2 caps work wonders, little more pricier but its quality ingredient and not 20 diff things, only 1 AI ingredient, I would pick that or possibly inhibit E does have a good success rate for cheaper. I like letrone for the other benefits it seems to have though and all other AI's end up making you feel a little weird after a couple weeks, this one I used for a long time and it was cool.

apologies for all the halfass things, kinda busy I know theres a few other logs or posts around the net from peoples experiences on Arimistane and a few other things, just not able to dig deep, but if you put anything in the search box youll find all the info you need on everything, like I said I'm speaking based off my own personal experiences and some others, Arimistane has worked with success from 75-150mg for some people I know on some cycles and others have reported getting gyno and s o fourth,

so far since letrone has come out everyones experiences ncluding my own have had great success on it, I logged a PCT from a long and heavy cycle with strictly natty supps letrone/rebirth/viron/prolactrone and I had no issues and vujade had some grea t success with the same type of protocol.. and I'm not trying to feed you some kind of bull****, this is all my honest truth trying to help someone avoid any kind of issues. keep a real AI on hand and get you some kind of OTC AI and try it for a few weeks, if ya have issues you can bring out the real AI until you decide to try something different if that's what you want to do. best of luck and keep us posted!

Yes, this stack would be beneficial for optimizing your natural test and estrogen levels. I would use caution with the Letrone though, as you want to make sure estrogen doesn't drop too low. I would start with 1 cap for a week or two and probably never go above two. The Viron should free up your body's test in turn lending itself to raising your estrogen a bit. You'll find numerous health benefits from this stack: improved sleep quality, libido, appetite, less water retention, and many more.

If you are running 500mg/w you must be dosing far too much AI if you are crushing your E2. Do you have data/evidence that it is crushing your E2? Most cost effective thing IMHO is a pharma AI and cheap blood work for your E2 results.

Alphamax is a complete hormone modulator, letrone is just an AI. Two very different products

I wouldn't bank on those numbers actually being the same for people. It depends on how the compound was delivered during trials (injections to the brain or other tissue directly, or was it orally delivered), the dose it used, the subject tested in (rat, dog, human etc).

IMO it is an AI solely.

Alphamax has a very complete profile for hormone modulation whereas Letrone is a good choice as an AI.

I wouldn't pick up alphamax to use as an AI but would for its intended purpose. Out of the two, letrone would be the preferred

Hell yea you could! after a monster 4 month cycle I ran
Viron/Rebirth/Letrone/Prolactrone/Letrone and felt great the entire time and even 2 months afterwards I was getting crazy p[umps and never lost but a pound maybe.
 
I'd like to see evidence that any of these OTC AI's used at label dose will reduce the elevated E2 resultant from the use of 500mg/w of testosterone to physiological range.

Additionally I'd like to see evidence that the OP's E2 was "crushed" while using said AI on 500mg/w of testosterone.

I'm sure I'll be seen as a dick but does anyone need data and evidence anymore or do we just product pimp and be product pimped? :)

I would much rather see more logs with real bloodwork myself, I agree completely, its so hard to find any statements that aren't posted by a person related to a company of one sort or another, always a chess game of finding the proper ingredients wether of pharmaceutical or natural..
 
For a product ljke FormXT which has arimistane in it, I suggest you use it every other day ot even better take it 2-3 days a week. That is if you want to stay on year round. Aromatase can rebound and unregulate if levels are unusually low.

TBH it was more me worrying about E getting crushed, I have always had Aromsin on hand but only used here and there. I dont think Im to sensitive to high e even at what would be classed as over weight.

I ran Trest oral at 75mg-100mg for about 12 weeks with no AI and never got any symptoms at all.

So at the moment I'm just trying to run something to keep E down slightly as I'm not sure I need Aromsin.

Ok crush was the wrong way to put it, I'm worried I will lower E to much when its not needed.
 
So why would you proceed to take something to lower your E2 year round without knowing what your E2 is?

I promise you that anecdotal "symptoms" and bloodwork do not match up. I've got plenty of bloodwork to confirm this.

Too low can cause lipid issues and bone density issues just to mention a few.

IMHO spend a little cash on a simple E2 test before you waste lots of cash on products.

I will look into this but I dont think its as easy in the UK.
 
Yes, I did bloodwork before and after an Inhibit E run. I need to find the numbers, but Estradiol was significantly reduced.
