First off huge freaking thanks to Adizzle1, cubsfan815, AntM1564 and Performax and any other of their reps I forgot to tag for this logging opportunity.

A little about me:
29
5' 8"
196 lbs
Bodybuilding
5 Years Experience

Current Supplements:
Nutrex Research Outrage-PWO
BPI Best Protein Vanilla Swirl/ON Gold Standard Casein/Animal Whey Frosted Cinnamon Bun- Protein
Animal Pak - Vitamins
MAN IsoAmino Dorks- BCAA
USPLabs Ultimate T - Test Booster
USPLabs Modern Creatine - Creatine (rarely used)
Arnold Iron Dream-Recovery/Sleep Aid

Plan on running my own bro split that I just started Monday with 6 days a week of training and Sunday as my either complete rest day or sometimes active rest day.

What do I hope to accomplish with this log and supplement?
I'm currently trying to lean bulk without worrying too much about carbs. SlinMax should help me shuttle the carbs to my muscles and not sit on my body so I truly can lean bulk with minimal body fat added.

So my workout split consists of:
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Chest/Abs
Wednesday - Quads
Thursday - Hamstrings/Calves
Friday - Arms/Abs
Saturday - Shoulders/Calves
Sunday - Rest Day/Active Rest Day

In.

In!

How many carbs do you have per day? What flavor Iso Aminos are you using?

Also, you need to get a better taste in protein powders. I think your taste buds may be broken :p

Usually have about 75-100g per day but all mostly centered pre and post workout. Maybe about 15g total for the rest of the day.
ISO Amino I'm using Dorks.
Oh forgot to add my Frosted Cinnamon Bun that I just got a few jars of from Animal Whey.

Hopefully you'll get a nice pump from the pre wokout dose. That is a low amount of carbs though! I carb cycle and have three days where I don't go over 80 grams and they are not from a starch source either. I can't imagine being low carb everyday!

How do you like the Dorks? I have the Sweet Delish right now. I absolutely love it.

I find low carbs helps me maintain, but not putting on too much mass lately. So that's why I think this will definitely help so I can maybe double it, but time it right with SlinMax and make more gains but still maintain bf.
Dorks tastes freaking great. Here sweet delish is good... What's it taste like?

Have you ever had Swedish Fish candy? It tastes just like that. It is like a liquid version of the candy. If you never had Swedish Fish, do yourself a favor and go pick up a small pack from a corner store. It is the GOAT candy.

Good looking training sessions so far. Have you noticed an increase in pumps, muscle fullness or even less bloating? I don't know if the last would apply to you being low carb.

Definite fullness yes!! Pumps seem decent but could be the 6 to 8g of Citrulline Malate I take. Plus I've doubled my carbs. I'm dosing this at 4 pills a day but at 1 pill 4 times a day. I am now taking in 100g of carbs daily.

I Spent Saturday /Sunday at Disney, walked over 30 miles including in out airport.

That count for leg day? Lol

So far so good. I have gone the route of 4 caps a day spaced apart 1 cap at a time.
Noticing that although I have not lost any weight per the scale I still can see some added muscle fullness.
Plus, when I take my first serving cap pre workout I get some noticeably added vascularity and pump.

Still dosing 4 caps spread out? How is pump/vascularity? Any other notes on SlinMax

Sorry been out couple days. Yes still dosing 4 caps spread out. I eat breakfast, train 45 minutes later then post workout carbs and a shake, lunch, snack and dinner. I normally take a cap with breakfast with my pre workout carbs, post workout with those glycogen reloading carbs, lunch and dinner. Vascularity hasn't increased much from the SlinMax I don't think. But the pump especially pre and post workout is very noticeably improved. I haven't experienced any light headedness or nausea, but maybe that's because I'd read your thoughts so knew needed to time it right with my carbs.

Yesterday worked chest and today arms. Workouts coming up. Sorry had alot going on with my oldest daughter being on Christmas break and just started doing more remote work thru my own business so keeps me busy.

I'm impressed that you can keep the reps up with the triset for abs. I started doing trisets for my abs to get out of the gym quicker and I cannot keep the same reps each set.

It's only because I'm so accustomed to doing lots of abs. On account of used to be really fat and didn't know much about training abs back then too often.

Haven't really seen anything in terms of digestion. Bloating yes. I have ramped up carb intake some. Not compared to others, but for me it's ramped up. And normally if I have 175-200 g of carbs I look and feel like a cow... Lately I can still see obliques and abs all day not just the morning.

Plus pumps and fullness are still staying strong. And I'm still doing 4 caps a day spread out throughout the day with good results. BW on the decline once again.
