Your upper back didn't give homie. Look at all your first reps, you started your shoulders a little behind the bar. The subsequent reps had a straight path as you grooved in. You keep that hip height and flatten your lower back a hair more and you've got it dicked.

Going to try this stuff this week. Short video on bicep pain while benching/low-bar. No, I don't have pain anymore, but this could still be beneficial.

I've got 4 weeks left on this 531 cycle, then I'm going to take a strength break and do a Mountain Dog-type routine for 12 weeks.

It's going to look like this:

Sat – Legs (heavy)
Sunday – Chest/Shoulders (heavy) Monday – Back (heavy)
Tuesday – Legs (light/explosive) Wednesday – Chest/Shoulders (light) Thursday – Arms
Friday – Back (light)

I almost took another rest day as well. Sometimes my body needs to be kicked back into gear after a few days off. I'm glad I went in though. I understand how you feel

So it took him 8hrs to get the same effect I get from doing 1-1.5hrs. Guy just spent 8hrs of his life that he can't get back and I guarantee it amounted to no additional gains. His physique isn't too great either, he probably needs to learn about lifting before trying some knuckle headed crap like that.

Somewhere in the comments he gave credit to Piana. I'm sure he's devouring the same steroid as he is, too.

To do anything in the gym that long dude must've taken 30 minute rests between sets.
 
I may take the weekend off from here and other social media. Wife says I spend too much time on my phone. I disagree, but this is someone who doesn't do any forums, any Facebook, or other things besides texting. So, I'll give it a little break.

Unless you pull something. Just an epic waste of time lol. I see dudes in the gym, that gotta be doing 2-3 hour back and biceps sessions.. That's just an uber extreme version of that in my eyes.

Lower camera angles always make squats look shallower than they are.

So if it looks "good" at that angle, chances are it was likely low enough for a competition.

I do too. I think most In here do, but it's prevalent among most guys I know in the gym. Especially with ECA.

Look at it practically: If the pain you are experiencing will prevent your return to the gym, or greatly impact your day-to-day life, it might be acceptable to experience some amount of reduced protein synthesis.

Otherwise, it's probably wise to avoid it.
